People really friendly, helpful and caring but the room is small , not enough plugs , no fridge or coffee maker in the room, really small wall so you can hear everything.

Overall very happy with our stay. Breakfast slightly disappointing however - arrived downstairs about 9:15 and not much available. Bed also quite tired -(room 230)

Stay in IBIS Vichy
Easy sign in, Staff pleasant and efficient. The deal included breakfast and was well worth it as walk-in clients seemed to be paying more! Room very clean, bed very comfortable. Lift access convenient.

The location is great, the room is clean and the staff are friendly. However there are no basic amenities in the room, and they don't have a room service as I was asked to go collect what I ordered from the reception

Trés agreable
A good hotel in convenient tarea. Due to covid not much service😔No milk and had to request tea/coffee for room. Vichy itself was beautiful with much lovely architecture and UNESCO thermal waters.

Not an expensive hotel (75/night) so of course expectations are limited but my room was very small, the TV too, i had to move my bed to watch TV. Very small bathroom with almost no place to take a shower. No glass in bathroom, no soap or shampoo (instead a large bottle of multi use soap pretty watery). Terrible breakfast (10 euros), fake OJ, bad coffee machine, danish good and few salty things.Well located in downtown Vichy. Overall, i wont stay there in the future.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly. Beds were very comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and the breakfast never changed. Could have used a variety. Last three days there one elevator was down and one coffee machine in the restaurant. Made for long lines for coffee for breakfast

Delicious French food and spa centres nearby
Room is big, mattress comfortable. The room has an open view. Quick walk to thermes Dome and Halls des Sources. Celestine Vichy Spa is also within easy reach. Restaurant serves Local French food. Hotel resident can have discount over lunch, and entry ticket to sports and aquagym at Thermes Dome. Restaurant better make reservation.

We were using the hotel as a one night stopover but unfortunately the restaurant was closed (until April 2018) for re-furbishment, however the Mercure is opposite and their restaurant was open. The room was slightly bigger than an average Ibis, clean and perfectly acceptable. Underground private parking is always good and €9 seems a fair price. Location is good, easy to find and only a short walk to the city centre. Would use again for a stopover once the restaurant is open.

This is a nice hotel in a beautiful City. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The service was spotty, some folks were very gracious and helpful, others a bit less so although the language barrier likely may account for the differences. The clientele is primarily older so be prepared to be patient. The location is deceivingly central to all the different parts of this grand City.

Ibis Vichy
The hotel is very well situated: a few minutes walk to the town centre. Fairly spacious room. However, hotel parking is 9 euros/night. I couldn't use it anyway because of my top box - the access limit is too low.

Vichy is a lovely town and the hotel was well situated to be able to walk around easily and explore. Dinner was good and the room very comfortable.

J'ai pris un emplacement parking donc pas de souci.pas de brosse dans les toilettes . Une alarme incendie déclenchée vers 21 h , aucune information ni d'évacuation, ni de ( aucun danger) ,on est restés dans l'interrogative . J'ai fini par descendre à l'accueil pour plus d'informations . Aucun danger mais ce n'était pas très rassurant . Très compliqué pour réserver le restaurant,on est allés manger en ville , ce système ( zenchef) n'est pas au point.

Hôtel bien situé mais mais pour une chambre dite supérieure avec le tarif qui va avec bien sûr ! Avoir des joint de carrelage noirs dans la douche ainsi que le plafond avec des traces d humidité et des cloques je trouve cela moyen au regard du tarif
