Dear Guest, Sorry to hear that you have not been happy staying with us! It is clearly marked on every homepage that a private parking space behind the hotel (limited spaces) costs 10€ a night. Our hotel is located in the middle of the medieval village, the front side is facing the main street, the back-side however faces the quiet garden-side direction the famous town wall and park of Vianden. Our continental breakfast costs 9€ per person, upon arrival, guests can decide if they would like to take it or not (8am-10am). However, if somebody prefers to have breakfast earlier, the bakery next door (walking distance 30 seconds) starts already at 7am! If something is not working in the room or if there is a problem, guests can always reach us via our night bell at the main entrance (everything is well explained in the booklet which is located on every bed upon arrival). As a leisure destination, the shops as well as the main attractions do not open before 10am. Hope you had a good return!
