Lovely friendly hotel
The hotel is in a great location for visiting Veurne. It is a beautiful building with secure parking. The continental breakfast was a generous selection of healthy produce. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We stayed in room 15 which is a duplex room, with the bathroom on the lower floor. The upper floor was accessed by a spiral staircase. The one thing that I feel could enhance this space is if the bed was on the lower floor and this would leave the upper space for an amazing sitting area, or even allow for beds for children. Saying that, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay in room 15 on my next visit.

Good location
Only stayed for one night but we have stayed here twice before. Excellent position for short walk into the market place where there are many restaurants. Staff friendly as always.

Superb but get there early
Excellent hotel in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was small but comfortably and tastefully furnished. Breakfast very tasty and freshly cooked. The gardens of the hotel are beautiful and superbly well maintained, a real highlight for us. Veurne is a great little town, very handy for the Channel Tunnel. Well worth a stop, wide range of bars and restaurants around the market square which is a few minutes walk from the hotel. One thing that caught us out is the very early check-in - reception closes at 7pm. They very kindly made an exception for us but be aware particularly if crossing from the UK where you lose an hour.

A little jewel
Lovely overnight stay. Very welcoming and friendly. Good size car park. Hotel quite small but homely. Town within walking distance for restaurants bars etc. Good breakfast too.

We will be back
Lovely overnight stay, friendly staff. We had a smashing loft room with really comfy beds. Veurne is a pretty small town with a lovely central square. It is only 45 mins from the Eurotunnel so is ideal for an overnight stop over if you have a mid afternoon crossing.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, in a street full of beautiful gabled houses and two minutes from the Grote Markt which houses the town’s main sights and restaurants. Just opposite are the enchanting St Walburga’s gardens. The hotel is in a lovely old building which has been really beautifully and tastefully styled, and our room (with open beams and exposed brickwork was comfortable, characterful and really well appointed. The staff were terrific and the hotel has free on-site parking in its elegant garden. I am astonished the prices are not double what we paid for such an excellent hotel, can’t recommend highly enough.

Really lovely boutique hotel. Steve was very welcoming. Free parking was a big bonus. Lovely breakfast. Rooms a bit small but nice shower and products. Veurne is lovely to look around.

Excellent hotel in middle of pretty town
Excellent hotel with comfortable, warm and large rooms. En-suite and lovely outlook onto ancient town, with hotel car park discreetly despised in the hotel (old house) garden. 4 mins walk to centre of town which is beautiful (mini Bruges) and although doesn’t serve dinner the staff were very informative about excellent places to eat within 5 mins walk. Excellent breakfast. We were very pleased to stay here and enjoyed our 1 night despite it being middle of winter; I am sure it will be very pleasant in the summer.
