This is a wonderful, newly converted hotel literally around the corner from the Chateau of Versailles. Located down a small side street but with a long pedestrianised street full of shops and restaurants less than 2 mins walk away. The hotel itself has been beautifully converted. It is the sister hotel of Hotel Angleterre. On arrival, press the intercom and someone will come across to let you in or just walk down to the Angleterre and they can check you in there (the sister hotel is only 3 buildings or so down on the other side of the road). We parked at Sceaux parking, about 10 mins walk away (6 euros for 24 hours). There is parking outside the hotel, but limited and payable too.
The rooms in the hotel are fabulous. Beautifully designed and decorated. Lovely bed linen, and all clean and beautifully presented. Bathrooms are also fab, very modern with great showers. Breakfast plentiful. Don't be put off by the yurt "experience". It's not a "tent" in the garden but a rather beautiful site, attached to the hotel and makes great use of a small space. I guess it was a unique idea where extra space was needed. All in all a great stay here and would definitely recommend.
