I was waiting for you guys…in our structure we have Normal beds (no complaints in many years), normal shower (of course not a 5 stars hotel service with SPA shower because we are a normal Agriturismo) …but probably you are not normal that decided to check out a day earlier and asked for a discount. Come on guys we are in 2024 and before confirming your reservation you can check website, 3D maps, social networks , reviews….if you reserve and pay than you cannot ask money back because you don’t like. This is our policy but is the same in all structures all over the world. Adios

Gentile cliente, il telecomando della tv si trova sul tavolo e quello del condizionatore a parete sulla sx appena si accede alla stanza..se non li avete trovati evidentemente “non ne avete avuto bisogno”. Per quanto riguarda i gatti è vero che abbiamo alcuni gatti “domestici” che si aggirano nel giardino della struttura, senza dare fastidio a nessuno. Le poltrone vengono ripulite ogni mattina ma può essere che quella mattina ci siano sfuggite (ci scusiamo)
