This was our second time and we love the real working canal view with the delivery boats and watching foot traffic. We were happy to find bacon and eggs at breakfast with many other options including brewed coffee along with hand crafted cappuccinos. It was wonderful to find the towel warmer worked!!! But it did leak. Two luggage cradles would be nicer than just the one provided. There were enough electrical outlets. We hope to return.

The staff was amazing at this hotel. We needed help with our luggage which after a 10 day cruise was alot. Also they helped us with a water taxi to get to the airport!

Beautiful rooms and bathroom. Accomadations were nice, drinks were provided, but it would have been nice to have an option to purchase more. Breakfast was great. The coffee machine in our room wasnt working and one of our sink faucets sprayed water everywhere. Check in/reception is in a seperate building down a vary narrow alleyway with a very old elevator that often didn't work. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Palazzo Guardi is a little difficult to find but so is pretty much every place in Venice. The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and accommodating. A delicious breakfast was provided in the morning. The complementary drinks in the apartment were also much appreciated. We were able to check out and leave our bags at the hotel so we could continue exploring Venice. I would definitely recommend Palazzo Guardi to friends and family.

Lovely area close to Accadamia
Very difficult to find because Palazza Gaudi has a check in in a narrow alley and then the rooms entrance is on the canal with no information on the door. Area is delightful and not as crowded as other parts of Venice. Vaparetto is close by at Accademia. There is no elevator to the bedrooms and breakfast room which is a problem if you are elderly. Staff happy to carry your luggage.

The hotel was overall just ok. It was a bit difficult to find in the narrow alley ways of Venice, but once we did it was a good location - about a 10/15 minute walk from St Marks square. Our air conditioning was broken in the unit when we arrived and the room was quite musty. We alerted the hotel staff and they were unable to fix it. It was a beautiful room and the breakfast was great. It’s just a shame that the room was so hot and humid because there was no AC.

Rooms near Accademia
Located near Accademia gallery, though tricky to find reception in a tiny alley. My room was in a second building further along the canal, which had rooms but no reception or staff. “Junior suite” was a large room with double bed and a sofa bed and had canal view, lovely traditional decor. Spacious bathroom, double sinks, good shower over bath. Canal view also meant very noisy, as it’s a busy route through to Accademia, and bar downstairs. Breakfast buffet in a serving space amongst rooms, with helpful staff member making coffee. Overall it wasn’t quite what I expected, felt more like rental room than a hotel, so also seemed a bit overpriced for lack of facilities.

Be ready to walk 30 min to the tourist attractions! Breakfast was good and room was clean! Elevator did not work and it was hard carrying luggage up the stairs! The AC in our room (8) did not work and we awoke sweating at night. The hotel is in a tight alley.
