I had an unexpected situation come up at this hotel but the lovely lady at the front desk negotiated a room for me last minute that was more than I could ever have dreamt of! I had the most memorable, beautiful time in Venice with my sister because of her kindness and hospitality!!!! Excellent hotel , highly recommend!!!
This stay was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and ours even had a balcony over the canal. It was clean and the bathroom was luxurious!
It was in close proximity to the San Zacharia Vaperetto stop. They provided us with a map and directions that made it so easy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This is a room on the second floor of a flat associated with a hotel. There is no reception or staff located on the property. It was not what I expected but worked great for us. Hotel was a short walk from room and the staff was very accommodating.
Patches of peeled paint I. The walls, sink was not draining..
The key sister is terrible, since this was a residence owned by the hotel it had separate apartments and we got locked out coming home at night . Sat on the stairs for 3 hours unable to our room. Hotel staff never did anything to compensate, terrible!
The room was newly remodeled, very clean, spacious and private. The staff was helpful and responsive. Shopping, restaurants and St. Mark's Square were close by. The only improvement we could recommend would be a light outside the main entrance and in the main entry hall that was on at night. It was very dark and no light to turn on outside in the alley.
Great location. Very walkable, although be aware the street does not have any lights at night. Interior walls were old and in need of new paint. Room was ready before check-in time but not thoroughly cleaned. Some half empty water bottles and dirty cutlery were left. It was nice to be out of the tourist area but still a very short walk from the vaporetto and St Mark's square.
Spacious, clean room with a cute little balcony. Perfect place to use as a base for exploring. Air-con was a lifesaver in the really humid heat. Room cleaned every day and water in fridge restocked. Couldn’t fault anything!
We loved our stay at Liassidi Arco! It was located close to St Mark’s Square, with plenty of dining options and shopping around as well. The space was clean, spacious and modern. It has a nice bathroom and the bed was comfortable as well. The powerful AC was perfect on the hot summer days! The check in at the Palace is close by and has a good place to stop for a drink in a nice courtyard. Overall we loved our stay, everything was perfect!
Had a great experience at Liassidi Arco. Was in Venice to attend the Biennale and the location was great. Quiet. Clean. Nice design. Away from the crowds. Perfect.
at first there was little confusing in way to check in. i had to check in at the reception of Liassidi Palace Hotel which is very great quality but only there was no notice in advance.
Overall, it was great experience.
Every good hotel. Our room was nice. Overall very convenient but not so close to large attractions that we couldn’t find a peaceful spot. Beautiful balcony.!
Overall we had a really enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was great, it was very clean and we had no issues with check-in/out. The only downside is that there is no front desk so check-in/out happens at another hotel which is a few minutes walk away. It also means that if there was an issue, there is no one around to assist you.
We were given the location via confirmation email and followed the link on the map. This took us to the wrong place and there was nowhere resembling a hotel in sight. We then used the address in the same email which took us to a different location. This was where we’re were staying but not where we had to check in. We didn’t know this until we phoned and spoke to the hotel. This was 45 minutes after we got to the first location. If the hotel had informed us that we needed to check in at a different location, this whole episode could have been avoided. They agreed to send someone to find us and check us in, which was good of them. The room was nice, clean, modern and spacious. Only frustration was the sound of people walking in the room above carried through and prevented sleep

Good location great room with eating close by . Would stay here again
Beautiful room on a canal, need to go to lassidi palace to check in , it is open 24/7, don,t go to lassidi arco, get bus from train or bus station to s. Zaccaria / past San Marco square, and it’s a short walk
I really loved this sweet hidden jewel. Close to everything - 10 min walk - but quiet and cozy in a neighborhood. I felt like I lived there, not just visiting. The main hotel was close so that if you needed anything at anytime, it was available. Everything is new and it is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. I couldn't get the TV to speak English, don't know why but didn't really care since I didn't go to Venice to watch TV. The people upstairs were very nice but they have two young children that can make some noise. But, for the rate, the comfort and location - I highly recommend this jewel.
