Hotel is surrounded by great restaurants in the San Polo area. Stay was great, but the AC didnt work.

If you were expecting an elevator, it’s unreliable & is only recommended for luggage. So book a room on the first floor (you still have to walk up I story). Air conditioner didn’t work but I had the natural coolness from the outside. If not for these 2 things, I’d give it 4 stars. Wonderful helpful staff, nicely decorated, reliable internet. Convenient and great price. Safe in room.

A good stay
The hotel is very quiet and clean and staff are friendly. It is just a bit difficult to find the location. It is difficult to take big luggages into the room since stairs are tiny and theres no lift.

We really love the staff. The host was excellent as it was. The cleaning lady who brought me an extra pillow the room was very clean. We would’ve had breakfast if it would’ve included fruit and some vegetable options that would’ve made everything a plus plus

Had a small sign in entrance but we found it. Took our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Rooms were old and smelled like sweaty bodies. Only plus is the AC.

The hotel was well-placed, on the way from the bus/train terminal to the Rialto bridge. It was very convenient for the Scuola Grande di San Rocco and the Basilica S Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, which I wanted to visit. Entry to the hotel was a fairly anonymous door with a bell/buzzer arrangement, with no reception visible from outside. My room, on the 4th floor, was quiet at night. Staff were reasonably friendly. Unfortunately the hot water did not work the day I was there. I was told this was not normal. I was not compensated for this.

Absolutely awful hotel. Photos are very misleading. Dirty and poorly maintained. No hot water either for the entire stay. Worst hotel i have stsyed at in decades.

The room that was pictured and I booked wasn’t the room we got. There was no hot water for a shower. The staff were extremely helpful and a real pleasure to engage with.

The staff are really nice and welcoming. The room is small but I don’t mind at all because I requested a single bed for a night stay only. The hotel is near the coliseum and other touristy place. A lot of restaurant in the neighborhood too.

amazing experience. Staff was so friendly and helpful it felt like staying at a friend's house. I felt more comfortable here than at all the other hotels I stayed in during my one month in Europe. I would only come back here next time. Excellent location - 15min walk to airport shuttle bus and only 12-15min to central station. Lots of shops and restaurants. Quiet and safe.

Room was very big and spacious but not the cleanest. Carpet didn't look vacuumed, toilet hadn't been cleaned, and overall not the cleanest place. Breakfast was very basic but still nice that included. Room had a dusty smell to it and the breakfast room did not smell the best. Overall alright experience for one night, very big room and does the job. In walkable distance to things and some restaurants nearby.

The AC sort of turned on for five minutes then nothing. We kept the windows open but it was very loud. In general an uncomfortable night.

Excellent location 10 mins walk from Piazzale Roma where the airport coach drops you off. 10-15 mins walk to Rialto Bridge. Friendly helpful staff especially the lady that looks after you at breakfast which was excellent. Room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. Would stay there again.

Great stay near Rialto bridge
Great stay in good location, 10 mins walk from Rialto bridge. Nice room, great breakfast and front desk. Front rooms can have a bit of noise from outside but that Venice for you,

We enjoyed the premier customer service. The building is form the 1600's so expect a workaround or two. Excellent location to all of Venice attractions.

The hotel was nothing like the photos that where placed on your site very disappointing a long with you giving me such a hard time refunding my money from double booking the Sandfirth Hotel in Klagenfurt I will not have much good today of you.
