We recently had the pleasure of staying at AirMotel and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel incredibly welcome.

Quality at a reasonable price.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, comfy room and excellent buffet breakfast. Convenient location for bus direct to Venice bus terminus.

Not the best housekeeping. Taxes that were to be collected in cash at the hotel were quoted higher than listed on our booking receipt. The hotel manager stuck to his calculations despite the written agreement.

The waiter treated us badly, simply because we took a spoon from the coffee counter. He yelled that it wasn't to be messed with. And the breakfast on the website is not clear that it is paid for and when you check in no one informs you that you have to pay. We thought it was included in the price paid by the hotel. We found out that breakfast was paid only at checkout. We were a little disappointed.

Dear Guest,it is a not a problem for us to borrow you a spoon, a fork, a dish or something else, but it is not polite if you enter alone in the bar and get something.About breakfast, when you book a room you can choose between a price with breakfast and a price without breakfast which means you are supposed to know what you decide. Great Stay. Budget friendly
The hotel was wonderful. The shower was always hot, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was outstanding and the hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating

Great location. Just don’t trust google maps directions. We walked to other side of the hotel where there is no access. It’s next to a main road gas station. Gave a very good directions and suggestions to Vanice

Nice and friendly
The location is great to hop in the bus to venice ( which is the best way to the island). Rooms are clean and updated. It is a typical Hotel Room, Nothing fancy. Front desk is helpful and very welcoming.

Far, but good environment.
Indeed it is located far from Venetia, but it is large room and quiet place. To the nearest bus stop it takes just 5 mins. Moreover, there is supermarket just 3min walk, big shopping mall just 1km away. That's convenient place. Also staff support us for my baby. ベネチアまでは確かに遠いけれど (バスで35分）、部屋は広い、料金は安い、通りに面していないので静か、バス停まで5分、スーパーまで3分、大型ショッピングモールまで1km。 施設は古いけれど問題なく快適に過ごせました

Lovely hotel
WE stayed at this hotel on our last day in Venice. The location can be a bit confusing when walking, but the stay was so pleasant that it didnt bother us. The rooms and bathrooms are very large and spotless. The front desk workers are so nice and easy to communicate. I would definitely recommend to future travelers. It takes about 35 min to get to Venice on a bus.

This hotel and the staff was beyond expectations. The staff and level of service made our stay here a great experience. Our thanks to all. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and kept to a high standard throughout our 6 day stay. Highly recommended.

Spacious and clean, though a little cold
Spacious, clean bedroom. We arrived super late (in the early hours of the morning) but were able to check in fine. Very basic amenities but otherwise great place with free parking. Would definitely come again. Easiest to get to with a car. Definitely recommend if you’re stopping by in the middle of a long car journey.

Exellant Hotel the Staff were very helpful and friendly. one could purchase tickets to travel on the bus tram or water ferry from the hotel about 6euro return to Venice return from Mestre about 8k away and 15 minutes to the airport if you have a hirecar

Bathroom was infested with small flies
The stay was no match to the high price we paid. Bathroom was infested with small flies that were bred from the stagnant water that won't drain from the sides of bathtub due to faulty construction. The air conditioning felt like a fan blowing hot air. Room cleanliness was ok. Staff were cordial. Breakfast was mediocre. Location wise, it would take at least 40 minutes to reach the main port in Venice. I would not recommend this hotel as a first choice if you had multiple choices for the same price point and other requirements like location etc..

This place is very simple, the room wasn't so big and the shower wasn't so good - the water weren't got enough and the water pressure was too low. The place is very close to the highway so easy to get to with a car (and offers free parking), but we needed 2 buses to get to Venice, or 1 with a 15-20 min walk to get to the hotel. If you're staying for one night there, and will only be doing this trip once, its definitely worth the low price.

Comfortable, good cost-benefit
The hotel is located in Mestre, a city neighboring Venice. Transport to Venice is not ideal, it takes about 30 minutes with buses and they tend to be very packed on the evening. The hotel makes up for this disadvantage by offering a comfortable stay, with a big room, good service and a great price.

Near a great steakhouse, but not particularly close to the sights. About 5 minute drive to Mestre Train Station or 15 minute drive to the Grand Canal area parking at Santa Lucia.

Convenient location & friendly staff
At any hotel you go to, you'll get a bed and a shower, but what matters most is the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff that makes you feel welcomed. We were very happy with the hotel manager who checked us in and also checked us out in the morning. He made sure we were entirely satisfied with our room, with the internet, the parking, and the breakfast. All these amenities are already included in the room rate, so there won't be any unpleasant surprises when it's time for you to leave, i.e. you won't have to pay extra for anything. I really like it that way. The hotel is conveniently located in case you plan on visiting Venice by car. All you need to do is turn right and get on the bridge which will take you straight to the Tronchetto Parking Lot, from where you can get on a ferry to San Marco Square. Everything was very convenient and I highly recommend it to others travelling on a budget, but who are also looking for convenience and great customer service. This place will not disappoint you.

Easy Bus ride into Venice
Staff was very nice and Helpful, All spoke English to help with our quesitons. Location was close to the Bus for easy transportation into Venice. Breakfast was a typical continental, Worked great for us! No Frills, good for the money
