The kitchen-ette style living space, with a balcony with a sea view, was a lovely surprise. The receptionist, Martha, was lovely. Martha was very welcoming, attentive, and extremely helpful. Martha helped us arrange a hire car for a couple of days, so we could travel to Treviso. Property is handy for the bus to both Punta Sabbioni, and Lido di Jesolo. Combined tickets for the bus and boat to Venice (using the boat from Punta Sabbioni) can be bought from the reception, and the ticket includes the taxi boats for Venice) - and are well worth doing. We did 2 days in Venice using those. We made a suggestion for having some child-free times (and a clock added) for the indoor swimming area on the top floor, as familes with kids can sometimes get carried away and lose track of time there - meaning couples may occasionally find it tricky to have some quiet time up there with the current set up. This was really the only downside. The staff in the breakfast room were lovely too. The hotel looks very modern inside, and is well presented, and looked after. The safe in the room was easy to use. As a couple, maybe wanting to exploremore of the Veneto area, we found this location useful as a base, and we would use again. Loved Il Teatro!

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The ladies on reception are amazing and really helpful and friendly. We arrived in out of season time and they recommended places to go and eat. The hotel is clean and easy to get to by bus from the airport, it’s walking distance to beach and has a very nice pool on the top floor. They also offer free bikes to get around.

What stood out for me was the friendliness of the staff,they where really professional and helpful. Nice room,good breakfast and great for terrace to relax.

Charming property amazing and extremely helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast, lots of choice refilled often. Lovely rooftop pool. Clean room, lots of pillows and extra blankets. Only reason not all excellent is because it is a family orientated hotel, unfortunately (nothing the hotel could about it) we had a very inconsiderate family in the room next door, who felt it was totally acceptable to FaceTime their family for an hour on Balcony - They were so loud we had to close all the shutters to keep the noise out. Also we could hear every noise from The room above and they appeared to love to move the table and chairs around.

Highly recommended
Really friendly staff, always had a smile, and had the time to say hello. Staff also went out of the way to help plan/provide information for daily trips. As for the room a real good size (accommodated 5 of us), clean, nice balcony, and included all self catering bits and pieces. The hotel is nicely situated very very close to the beach, and local shops. It has a nice rooftop pool, along with another outdoor pool. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, as a family highly recommend this hotel, we will surely be back.

European Tour
Our purpose was to view Venice using this as a cheaper stay option to the lagoon. The Hotel was fantastic and standards very high in service, decor, design and cleanliness. Of particular note, Andrea on reception was exceptionally helpful, especially with the carparking which along with the Wi-Fi was free. The room was serviced daily and immaculately presented. The shower was slightly narrow in depth and would not make an enjoyable experience for a "more full" person. The local area however is servicing cheap student packages and this causes quite heavy traffic from coach loads of adolescents, all over excited and looking for fun. We found the local bus service to the port great and quite close to the Hotel so not much walking and the ferry trip is timed for 10 minutes after the bus arrives............just great, apart from the students. Tickets for the bus and ferry are combined and can be bought from the hotel reception and put on the room bill, most convenient for us with a single cost check out at the end. A great stay despite my obvious moan.

Lovely hotel with brilliant facilities
Hotel check in was very speedy and efficient. Staff are extremely friendly and informative. The room we were allocated had a sea view and was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend Il Teatro.

Great hotel great staff great location
I was surprised by how much we liked this hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks. The suite was setup with a baby bed for our little one, the kitchen was a nice addition and we had the whole sky "pool" (more like 8 meter jacuzzi) for ourselves as we visited Jesolo in the end of April. We will definitely book here again

The hotel was fantastic. Great location. Our stay was spoilt by the fact the town was more or less closed, with only a few places open, due to the weather being to cold (+22deg)

Beautiful location. Very attentive staff.
Lovely resort which was quiet as we went early October as we don't like resorts where there are hundreds of tourists. Great base for visiting Venice and Andrea atbthe hotel printed us outva bus and boat timetable for travelling to Venice. Breakfast was incredibly varied and plentiful. We will definitely return to Il Teatro next year.

Great hotel. Very helpful staff. Cleaned every day. Breakfast buffet kept fresh and food only put out as needed- lots kept in discreet fridges below the counters. Free bicycle hire which we used a lot. Good location for beach and restaurants- big balcony to sit out on. Would definately rate as 4 star.

Stay at Il Teatro was great. A neat hotel, great hospitality, great buffet breakfast, good pricing. Only regret was we discovered roof top hot spa morning before departure. The location was bit far from airport but location overlooks the sea. Will definitely stay there again when opportune.

Columbus weekend getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Il Teatro. Unfortunately, being early October, most of the shops and restaraunt were closed up tight for the winter. But the weather was nice and the neighborhood is quiet, so we had a good time. If you are spending time in Venice, it is a good place to go to get away from the crowds you will be seeing all day. The breakfast was outstanding, and the free bikes were fun.

Gem of a hotel
A very enjoyable stay. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the rooms spotless and well furnished with some of the best black-out electrically controlled blinds we have seen anywhere. There was a TV but unfortunately no English programmes were available, and free wiifi throughout. The hotel has a very attractive outside ground floor level swimming pool with a waterfall feature and also a top floor (6th) covered pool - both pool are a good size and both areas have well furnished sun bathing areas. Breakfast was very good - mostly cold food but an egg boiler and toaster were both provided. There was an excellent choice of meats, cheeses, and jams and really fresh bread, rolls, croissants etc. plus cereals and a selection of cakes. Breakfast could be eaten in the pleasant breakfast room or the outside patio. No evening restaurant but the adjoining restaurant, with the same name but independent, gives a discount for hotel guests. The beach is 3 or 4 minutes away and is very long and wide and there are plenty of neighbourhood restaurants, bars, gelaterias, mini-markets and souvenir shops.

The hotel was in good condition, would likely rate a 4 star. It has complimentary sunbeds on the beach, parking and use of bycicles. The room was nice but a little cold, the small kitchenette would be very nice if yo plan to do your cooking. The service was very good and friendly. Overall a good choice, it appeared somewhat more expensive than comparable choices in the area.

My husband and I are Honeymooning in Italy and made our first stop in Jesolo. Allesandra exchanged a few emails with me beforehand and greated us as if we had met a million times. She was beyond helpful and even packed us a lunch since we would miss the breakfast that was included with our room. The pool on the top floor is awesome....exactly as shown on the website and has a shelf the length of the pool with jacuzzi jets that cycle on every 20 minutes or so. The room itself was simplistic. Quaint dining table...mini kitchen complete with stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. The balcony was nice...our view overlooked a small piazza. Shops are nice. Food was good...beach was beautiful Overall it was great....if you book your trip (and you should) Please tell the lovely Allesandra we said Ciao.

This hotel is brand new, it seems more like 4 star than 3 star...the style is modern .....we're very fussy where we stay but this hotel exceeded our expectations,the rooms were spotlessly clean,and cleaned every morning,towels chsnged every day too....two pool areas....the main pool near the eating area,and the rooftop pool where we went every time,it was so relaxing,and has loungers plus double leather sunbeds to lie on too.....the breakfast was lovely,continental & plenty of choice.....I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will definitely stay here next time

Great Hotel
We were delighted with this hotel. Clean, roomy, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities and great value for money. I couldn't find any fault with the hotel and we even got discount from the attached restaurant. The resort of Lido de Jesolo is, however a little jaded and has a slightly tacky air to it these days. However if you like a sunny and clean beach and want to stay in Jesolo the Il Teatro is highly recommended.

Couldn't do enough for us, excellent hotel
Just come back from a long weekend stay at the I'll Teatro Residence and we're very pleased with our choice of hotel. It is very close to jeslo beach where the summer season is just starting, they had free bikes to use so we daily rode the 10km stretch along the beach front. Easy to reach Venice on the no.5 bus and then the ferry from punta sabionni. It was my partners birthday and the hotel arranged a free room upgrade and champagne in our room on his birthday. All the little touches that really made our stay special. Thank you to all the staff, we had a great time and highly recommend the hotel.

Excellent hotel. Staff helpful; best housekeeping we have seen. Very thorough. Hotel rooftop pool beautiful. Wide ranging breakfast options which the staff work tirelessly to keep well stocked no matter how busy. 2 minutes from the beach with your own lounger & chair. Only downside was the noise from one or two of the bars below. Such a shame otherwise can't fault it though can be a bit pricey.

Hotel has a great location about 1 minute from the Beach. Hotel is very modern and stylish. The staff are very nice and friendly and the cleaning staff do a very good job. Rooms have all of the amenities including dishwasher, flat tv, etc Local bus is literally a 30 seconds from the hotel going to main bus station and punta sabbioni for the Ferry to Lido, Venice or the Islands. Restaurant underneath hotel is very good food and reasonable. The two pools are very nice with the top floor pool being great for kids and a sheltered lounge area outside. Overall would go again, great service in a stylish well sited hotel.

Me and my girlfriend stayed there two nights! Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and right in front of the pedestrian street All services booked via Expedia were delivered as promised. Bicycles, swimming pool (outdoor pool on the ground floor, indoor pool on the top floor) Very Friendly staff both the receptionist lady and the girls on the mini bar. We were pleased with the room we received, right on the 4th floor with a straight view to the beach from the balcony. The room was equipped with guard robe and kitchen. There is also a safe for documents, money, etc. Also there is car parking!

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Mini Küche mit Kühlschrank in unserem Standard-Zimmer war sehr praktisch. Liegen und ein Schirm am Strand, sowie ein Parkplatz in der Nähe waren inklusive. Perfekt. Da das Hotel direkt an der Straße mit Bars, Restaurants und Geschäften liegt, kann es in den Abendstunden bis ca. Mitternacht etwas laut werden.

Unglaubliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal war unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Zimmer war groß und komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war gut gelegen, fußläufig zum Strand und verschiedenen Restaurants. Die Frühstücksauswahl war groß und die Pools und Terassen waren ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Betten waren aber leider sehr unbequem, die Bettwäsche und Decken waren leider auch nicht angenehm, da es keine richtige Bezüge waren und der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war auch etwas schwach. Trotzdessen übertrifft das Hotel wirklich alle Erwartungen.

Ein echter Geheimtipp unter den 3 Sterne Hotels. Wir hatten das Apartement und es war super geschnitten. Alles ist sehr sauber. Highlight ist der kleine Pool auf dem Dach. Da wir außerhalb der Saison dort waren, waren wir überwiegend alleine dort oben. Größtes Lob und Danke schön an das Personal. Alle sind freundlich und die Dame am Empfang ist ein Engel!
