Go sailing on Vejle Fjord to see how the town rises from the shore up the steep banks where the most exclusive homes are located. And of course check out Vejle’s newest landmark right on the waterfront: Bølgen, an innovative "wave-shaped" architectural design .
Vejle is also a paradise for children! Gorilla Park Vejle in the Nørreskov woods lets children and adults alike clamber amongst the treetops, and of course Legoland® is the place for awesome constructions made of LEGO® bricks and a world class amusement park. Givskud Zoo is home to hundreds of exotic animals and offers the chance of getting up-close to lions, giraffes and others.
The charming shopping centre offers a wide range of shops with everything from fashion to shoes, home accessories and jewellery. After a busy day, you'll easily find an atmospheric restaurant with top quality food. And if you've still got energy to spare, dance the night away in one of the town’s nightclubs.
