Great Hotel
Overall it was excellant. The fresh cooked eggs or omlets at breafast was a considerable surprise. the only small downer was the very loud party/reception that went on in the bar which was very audable from rooms 1 & 2. RW

Lovely Boutique Hotel, fit for business or romance
Hotel The Yard is a lovely boutique hotel with only 8 rooms available. Consequently, you get a very personal welcome upon your arrival. My room on the ground floor had a lovely high ceiling, classic yet modern decor, blackout curtains, net curtains (which I checked gave good privacy during the day), as well as the usual mod cons. The wifi worked without any complicated codes. The location is very good, overlooking the canal and a short walk from the town centre on one side and the business pros on the other. There is a big food hall on the other side of the canal, which offers a variety of funky bars and restaurants. Breakfast at the hotel was good value for money and included fresh fruit, fresh croissants and hot food cooked to order. Highly recommended!

Hotel was charming and everything was well thought out. The decor was elegant and inviting at the same time. Service was outstanding. The owner and her staff couldn’t have been nicer. Excellent location, walking distance (5 mins) to the town center. I would definitely stay here again.

NIce Boutique Hotel
Very Nice small boutique hotel, no restaurant on site but served a lovely breakfast. Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable.

This is a gem! Personal attention by the wonderful staff. Luxurious breakfast. A lovely inner yard, perfect for coffee or a drink or even a business meeting. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed.

Beautiful, new hotel in a renovated old house
Beautiful, small Hotel with 8 or 10 rooms. It is a recently renovated old typical Dutch house close to the water. The interior design is modern and high quality. The breakfast is fantastic. Great atmosphere and it is closed to the city centre of Veghel. I will come back !

Pure awesomness ! :)
I was staying over the weekend to go to Harmony of Hardcore. Nice village with perfect distance to most things needed :) The staff was super friendly, showed me to my room and gave me all information I needed about the TV and air condtioner and what service they offer :) Everything was clean and fresh. The bed was really comfy, i slept like a baby. :) Only thing was that it was not so soundproof, but for me that is no problem :)

Nice boutique hotel, excellent service
Very nice hotel in a quiet location close to the market square which is 5 min walk away. I enjoyed the comfort of the hotel including AC and found the service excellent. The internet is very fast more than 100 Mb/s. Only drawback is that is sounded so I could whatever happened in the reception in my room. However, most guests seem to be business travellers so it was quiet at night and I had good sleep. I will return to this hotel when I am in Veghel

I had a problem on my arrival at 00.40. No reception service after 23. They said that a mail has been sent but unfortunately I never received that mail. It is true that they tried to contact me via mobile but as my flight was delayed my phone was switched of as I was flying to Holland. So I did not receive any message. I arrived in front of the hotel...the dorr was open but no light, no service, no reception...nobody. I've tried to call the number of the hotel as I was aspecting at least somebody answering but no chance! I did not what to do...any indications for a late arrival so I had the idea to go again outside and I saw a bell and after several times pressing the button a night service guard replied. After 20 minutes he arrived but he was not able to find my key. A nightmare; I think this service should be implemented. Nevertheless, the lady I met in the reception, the day after was very kind and she apologized for the inconvenience.
