Nice people - property needs an update
The staff could not have been nicer. The breakfast was also very good. The room we had needs to be gutted and redone. The floors creak no matter where you walk. There are obvious signs that the room had a water leak from the bathroom. There was a piece of carpet that had been cut out and replaced and there were water stains in the carpet near the bathroom.

Not the usual Kyriad hotel standard. The decor was tired and sad making hotel feel like a retirement home. The carpet was dirty in lobby and room. Lobby smelled like an ashtray. We were more than a little disappointed.

Compact, clean and convenient
Rooms compact but clean. A little outdated in the reception area but we only needed somewhere to lay our heads for the night so great value. Parking was 5 Euros but only about 8 parking spaces. Our room smelt but they changed the room immediately so no problem.

Great location
Great location and friendly staff. Great value. A bit of a small bathroom but not a big problem. Did hear kids in neighbouring rooms at night.

Excellent Last Minute Choice
We had a reservation at a budget hotel that didn’t have a night clerk, and the code they emailed us didn’t work, so we needed a place at the last minute after 9pm. While traveling in Europe in the summer, I have 2 main criteria: air conditioning and parking. Parking was limited but adequate; they actually close and lock the gate at night. The A/C in the room worked wonderfully well during the ongoing heatwave. I made the reservation online and drove to 5 minutes to the hotel; when I arrived - after their declared check-in time - the deal clerk already had our room key waiting for us. Our room was small with 2x twin beds, but it was clean and comfortable as was the bathroom. The foyer, stairwells, and hallways are a bit worn and could use updating, but everything was clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Tiny room with very tiny shower.
All you really need for a very short stay, clean, friendly, good restaurant, but the smallest room and the tiniest shower we' ever seen.

When reception provided breakfast hours, I asked if it was free. He appeared very insulted, and said, no, lady, 9.90 euros! He became annoyed when I asked for map of where free parking was...

Orange Stay
Last time we stayed here we chose two single beds and the room was OK but this time we chose to have a double bed and the room, although only next door, was too small for our liking.

Any port in a storm, but must be better choices
Car park is tiny with no free parking within easy walking distance. Arrived at 8:20pm from long road trip. Was told immediately that the restaurant was closed although it was full of people. No, problem ...found a decent place to eat in town. Returned after 10pm to find restaurant was still full. So much for being closed! The room was ok, but with a shower cubicle so badly designed it was impossible not to cause a flood in the bathroom. All in all, it served a purpose, but wouldn't stay again given a choice

Can't rank what is best : great location -3 mn walk from city centre-, very friendly staff, good food, extremely clean, peaceful etc. etc. It felt like home from home (except tidier and cleaner !). Loved it, will definitely come back.

Great short /overnight stay
We had a lovely day and night here the Arch di Triumph and the amphitheatre are well worth seeing , many good places to eat and drink ,the hotel is brilliant if you don't want to go out in the evening .The reception staff friendly and helpful . We really enjoyed our stay

The hotel is on a main road no parking near to the hotel, one creaky lift which only hel two people at a time, standard room very small bathroom not much bigger than a closet with no hot water in the morning or night, meals pretty average, sorry but was not impressed with this hotel

Nice little gem in Orange
Great location and well presented hotel. Nice room and excellent check in and service at dinner by Bruno, however a little confusion over the explanation of the menu meant we spent way more than expected on the meal. Overall a nice stay

Small but spiffy
The room was small, but well-furnished; it had been refurbished recently and was more spiffy than one would expect from the appearance of the lobby or of the building from outside. It is located close to a lot of restaurants and other visitor attractions. Our room was on the street side, and to control the temperature we had the window open a bit, so heard more noise than if we had kept it closed. (There is a double window, so the noise was quite subdued when both were closed.) Overall, however, a very good value.

Good location
Not bad, room was rather small and bed was very hard. Neither my husband or myself could get the shower to a reasonable level of warm water so we had a rather cool shower. Room was very clean and the hotel is in an excellent location for walking around the town. It's also very close to many bars and restaurants.

The room was remodeled and fine. My key objection is that room was allowed only one internet connection. We had three adults, a cell phone, a tablet, and a laptop. We needed the connectivity and did not get it. I have never had an experience like that before.

Good location, but compact
The hotel is just outside the town centre in Orange, but within easy walking distance. Our room was modern and clean, but very small. Ok for a stop-over, but not somewhere you'd want to stay for any length of time. Particularly since it wasn't cheap. There are c.4 car parking spaces that operate on a first come first serve basis, so you should assume you won't get one. There is a public car park a couple of streets away though, which we used and had no problems with. Is free too.

Great deal, nice and clean.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Our room seemed to be very new. The beds, linens and comforter were excellent. We had a kettle in our room that was very much appreciated. Not a romantic stay but it was new, modern and clean. The location is a couple of blocks from the amphitheater.

Very good service. Friendly staff. Perfectly fine place for the overnight traveler. I could not imagine spending more than one night in the small room though. I repeat, the staff is VERY, VERY friendly. However, the rooms are tiny, tiny, tiny. Just be aware of that.

Bien situé
Très bien situé le Kyriad nous a permis de rayonner à pieds dans Orange. Bien que l'hôtel ait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement, il est propre et le personnel est très très agréable. Bémol : pas de parking propre à l'hôtel

séjour d'une nuit pour les chorégies comme chaque année Avec cette grosse chaleur et mon âge j'ai fait un coup de chaud et j'ai vu le moment où je ne pourrai pas me rendre au théâtre pour Carmen le personnel a été à notre écoute et ne pouvant pas diner ils m'ont donné un peu de pain avec moi grâce à la bouilloire dans la chambre j'ai pu me faire un thé bien chaud et avec le pain je me suis rendue au spectacle remise Merci au confort de l'hôtel et de l'aide du personnel j'avais déjà recommander votre hôtel et ais continuer a l'année prochaine pour les Chorégies !!!
