This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the room was simple. The outside was absolutely gorgeous! So many photo ops inside the lobby area and outside. There was a beautiful pool, the most adorable slide, swing, and spinning toy for the kids. The landscaping is so tropical. The staff was extremely friendly. There was a woman at the front desk that helped us find a fresh flower shop to buy gifts for our family that had been showing us around all week. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Can’t say enough good things. Also our hair dryer in the room didn’t work. They gave us an even better one from the front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the nice lady who tried her best to help me her name was Cleuza if I’m not mistaking and the guy from the breakfast area Donizete very kind, nothing else

Basic hotel right by Cuiaba airport
Very basic hotel close to Cuiaba airport. However only £45 per night inc breakfast. Good breakfast. Quite noisy due to proximity to airport (but that’s to be expected) and noisy guests in the early morning. Good shuttle service to airport every 30 minutes. Problems getting safe to work (had to change rooms 3x to get a functioning one). Reception staff quite helpful but hotel owner totally miserable and dismissive! Shopping centre over the road for food court.

The first room we were given had a dead decaying rat in the room. We were assigned another room but hotel was not helpful or apologetic.

Nice stopover hotel
This was a really nice hotel and a great little stopover if you have come out of the Pantanal and flying out of Cuiaba. Nobody really spoke English but that wasn't a massive problem and they give you a free lift to the airport when you need to catch a flight. I really enjoyed my short stay here!

Infelizmente não gostei da estadia, quarto com cheiro de mofo, frigobar não tem nada, vc tem que pegar as as bebidas na recepção, até o frigobar esfriar as bebidas já esquentaram. As toalhas estavam com cheiro de mofo, sem falar no barulho terrível a noite toda na frente do hotel pois a acústica não tem. Enfim, precisava descansar para viajar na madrugada e tive uma péssima noite

Muito bem localizado, prox a restaurantes, farmacia, mercado, o hotel foi muito bem planejado, quartos confortaveis, faltou apenas uma cortina black out. Tem uma grande area verde, respeita a natureza e os animais, café da manhã diversificado, piscina excelente. Funcionarios educados e gentis. Destaco o atendimento do recepcionista Carlos,que possue muita empatia e paciencia em lidar com diferentes tipos de hospedes. Recomendo o Hits com certeza.

Ótimo custo beneficio
Hotel próximo do aeroporto, oferecem transfer de forma gratuita, quartos amplos, cama confortável, localizado ao lado do shopping, única reclamação fica por conta do ar do meu quarto que estava pingando, mas ofereceram a troca, e a ducha que demora a esquentar, com certeza vale a pena.
