Spacious and comfortable room. A little road noise as we were on a lower floor and on the street side, but otherwise a perfect stay.

Rowing getaway
The people are what make this hotel so amazing! From the day of arrival onwards, I was treated as a true guest at this wonderful hotel. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Varese is a lovely town situated close to Lake Cuomo, Milan, and Switzerland, which makes this hotel an ideal “home base” for day trips. My room was super clean and spacious, the only complaint being that the walls are a bit thin and I had very “active” neighbors for a night or two. There is limited parking, and although public transportation is good and convenient, taxis are few and far between! I would definitely recommend staying here as it is a good value, especially when considering the breakfast buffet which is included!

Thank you so much Laura for your great review! It is always a pleasure to try to satisfy our guests and I am happy that we have done a good job. Having you with us on these days was truly a pleasure! Soon we will do some renovations and we will certainly improve the sound insulation of the rooms and then from 2023 we will have a large parking lot a few meters from the hotel. I hope to have you back with us and a greeting from Italy!

Quiet clean hotel
Nice hotel and good staff but the area the hotel is located is too far from the centre and not much around. Maybe it is fine for business travel but not really a hotel for a romantic break. Our luggage was lost by KLM on the outbound journey which didn't help to make the long weekend a success

Get the lake view room and stay for breakfast
This hotel is definitely off the beaten path from the city center of Varese but it still has a fair amount of charm. The breakfasts are really great and include fresh mozzarella, fresh squeezed orange juice, and an excellent tea selection. They also bake many of their own pastries. It’s a real family establishment. Try to get a room on the upper floors on the back side of the hotel. Those rooms overlook the lake while the ones in the front overlook a somewhat busy thoroughfare.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and airy. The location is good. The staff is very attentive. Parking at the hotel itself. Full breakfast.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr hohen Hygienestandard, ich habe selbst noch nie so ein sauberes Zimmer gesehen. Neben dem freundlichen Personal waren wir von dem reichhaltigen Frühstück begeistert. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen.

This was a family trip that was very convenient and a great stay. The hotel room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this place and will be back when visiting family.

Einfach aber fein!
Alles gut, leckeren ital. kaffee mit echter maschine an der bar. Personal freundlich und unkompliziert. Leider nur begrenzte parkplätze, nicht reservierbar. Habe in der nähe draussen parkiert. Tor ging nach mitternacht wahrscheinlich deswegen nicht mehr auf (parkplätze waren voll). Nach mitternacht funktionierte lift nicht, bis zum 3. Stk etwas mühsam (habe ein fussproblem)! Wir kommen aber sicher wieder, denn einfache struktur aber mit allem, was man braucht. Zu fuss ca. 1km vom zentrum. Alles sauber, toilette neuwertig, balkon mit rauchecke top, bett bequem, aber verursachte geräusche beim drehen.

Im nächsten Jahr wird ein neuer Parkplatz nur wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt zur Verfügung stehen, der geschlossen und videoüberwacht ist.Wir prüfen eine Lösung für die Benutzung des Aufzugs während der Zeiten, in denen die Rezeption geschlossen ist.Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie wieder in unserem Hotel begrüßen zu dürfen!

Super hôtel avec du personnel attentionné. Oubliez toutefois la prestation piscine décrite dans la présentation de l'hôtel...il s'agit d'une convention passée avec un établissement voisin mais dont personne ne sait vraiment comment ça marche. Dommage, ça aurait été un plus...
