It’s so close all the Chinese restaurants and so quiet. The customer service was so nice. I will come back to live here when I stay in Richmond.

Room was a little on the dirty side with corners unvacuumed and dusted. Staff were excellent on checkin but quite rude and abrupt on departure. Stayed here everytime i go to Vancouver and weve even had our staff functions there but i feel the hospitality has run out and its time to find another place

Regular property if you want to stay the night before or after a flight. They’ve got convenient shuttles to the airport, and all the standard facilities one would expect from this brand - small pool, gym, standard restaurant, etc. The property is a bit dated and could use a refresh. There are few parking options other than with them - at least the night we were there, there was an event going on too. Not really much one can walk to from here
