Dear All i write some point from my experience on winter stay: - hotel is in downtown and you have access to all stores and malls - hotel dont have air conditioner (for summer traveler) - check the rate by other hotels and specially on TL currency. -For Iranian Traveler its better to change on border NOT in Van city. - staff are charming but cant speak English.

Excellent value for money! After a couple of weeks on crappy mattresses, the beds were particularly nice. The owner and staff are personable and helpful. We prefer to make our way with public transport, but the owner is very kind in arranging tours for any who wish.

Rooms were good with good facilities and with acceptable prices but I think it’s better to provide tea maker in the rooms. But at all it was so nice for its rate and price.

fantastic accommodation in the city center
Thank you, Harun, for the warm welcome and room upgrade. I appreciate your team's effort to spray/disinfect my luggage during check-in. Frontdesk team, especially to Bayram, keep up the great work. My room was clean; and the hotel is relatively new. If I could a make suggestion for improvement, it would be to please increase the heating in the room to make it warm enough.

Great value for money
The personnel was very nice and friendly. While waiting for check in we were offered free tea. Due to COVID pandemic we weren't allowed to eat in a restaurant, so they offer a great delivery service directly to the rooms. Heating works great, which is important if you come to Van lake in winter. Rooms are spacious and clean. Center of Van is not too far away. I would recommend Toprak hotel to anyone who visits the beautiful Van lake

Very nice hotel. Clean room and comfortable bed. Basic breakfast and good value for stay. Close to the center. The owner speaks good English and he is very helpful to your questions.

Der Besitzer ist toll umd kümmert sich gern darum daß die Gäste auch etwas von der Umgebung sehen und erfahren. Mich hat er persönlich zu den ineressanten Orten gefahren. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Zentrum.

Merhaba hasan bey gerçekten çok üzüldüm bu yorumunuza sizlerle otel müdürü olarak bir kaç defa konuştum size elimden geldigince yardımcı oldum çok ekonomik bir fiyatla otelde konakladınız ve böyle bir sorun vardı ise neden bana söylemediniz hemen değiştirir gerekeni yapardım çünkü temizlik konusunda otel müdürü olarak hiçbir tavizim yoktur bütün müşteriler için temizlik konusunda garanti veriyorum herhangi bir ufak sıkıntı olduğunda bana veya resepsiyona bilgi verildiğinde anında müdahale eder gerekli sorunları anında hal ediyorum şık ve doğru yorum yazmadıgınız halde yine teşekkür ederim

Resepsiyondaki beyefendi kibar ve ilgiliydi fakat oda konforlu değildi nevresimler pisti ve yastık yüzleri değiştirilmek yerine ters çevirilip takılmıştı gerçekten en kötü yanı buydu. Sabah yukarıda kahvaltı yeri olduğu için sürekli masa sandalye çekme sesleri geliyordu onlarla uyandık rahatsız ediciydi.

Toprak Hotel çok uygun bir fiyata tarihi şehir içinde temiz bir yatak ve oda sunuyor. Banyoda sıcak su gayet iyiydi. Tuvaletler temizdi. Zincir otellerden farklı bir konsept.

Buen hotel calidad precio
He pasado solo una noche. Me tocó una habitación enorme para mí. Todo estaba limpio. Había agua caliente y calefacción. Desayuno pequeño pero suficiente. Buena ubicación. Té gratis en la sala de lobby. Personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Odalarda klima yoktu. Günlük çarşaf ve havlu değiştirmiyorlar. Söylemeniz gerekiyor. Tek kullanımlık terlik yok. Herkes aynı terliği kullanıyor. O yüzden ben kullanmadım. Ama temiz ve düzenli bir otel. Çalışanlar cana yakın dost canlısı.

반 여행에 도움이 되는 호텔!
사장님께서 한국 좋아하시고 영어를 잘하십니다. 렌트도 할수있는것 같고 투어도 연결. 혹은 직접 해주시니 문의해보시면 됩니다. 룸 컨디션은 깔끔합니다만 분위기는 다소 딱딱합니다.ㅋㅋ 하지만 저렴한 가격에 가성비는 좋은듯 합니다.
