"Western Crete is beautiful and mountainous. Great hiking. Deserted beaches and rocky coves. Cost of living is more expensive. Except eating out in restaurants which is good value.
Only con and it is a national disgrace is the amount of littering and fly tipping "
"This was amazing place. We enjoyed great hospitality, the mountain views from the terrace were memorable. Village center with nice restaurants were within walking distance.
We warmly recommend this place!

Enjoyable short stay in Chania
"Nice, clean hotel to spend a couple of days in Chania. You could easily walk to the harbour from here by going through streets with various vendors.
The restaurant in the hotel was good and decently priced, although majority of the dishes use frozen ingredients.
Otherwise there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, even several pharmacies.

"A great hotel if you either have a car or need to be by the airport. It is about 25 minutes from the old city, but not a terrible drive. The staff were extremely friendly. We had an issue with the drain being clogged when we arrived but they had someone there to fix it within 5 minutes. The breakfast was fairly good and there was a lot of parking. "
"Great venue with amazing views, only 10 minute drive into Chania. Pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. Amazing choice for breakfast. Dining room was very good. Just a heads up that you pay for the breakfast when you’re on site.
Would return"
