We had a lovely stay. The desk staff were so friendly and helpful. They made an excellent reservation for us for dinner in the city center. Highly recommend. Room was excellent. Plenty of space.

A fantastic hotel, lovely rooms, the bar was fantastic and location ideal for a break to Amersfoort. Two minute walk to the train station and only 10 minutes from the town centre. We will definitely return here.

Really convenient for the lovely town centre and the station. Only 40 minutes to Amsterdam and on the trainline to Berlin. The staff are incredibly friendly.

Next to Amersfoort Central train station, five minuten walk tops. Friendly staff at check-in desk and in restaurant. Limited menu but items looked good. My kale and pulled beef for dinner was excellent, wished it was a bigger portion (I love boerenkoolstamppot ;) ) Clean room, good shower.

I had booked a room from April 20 as my wife and daughter were reaching on the morning of April 21 from an international destination. I had spoken to a NH representative who had advised this to ensure they get a room when they reach as check in was at 3 PM. The hotel charged non-occupancy charges for no show on the 20th! This is really bizarre and frankly terrible customer service!
We had a lovely stay here. We were very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff who had to help us with various queries we had. We ate at the hotel 3 times and the dinners were fantastic!
The room was comfortable with everything we needed and cleaned daily to a good standard.
The breakfasts were great - lots of variety and all tastes catered for.
We would definitely stay there again.
The room and the hotel overall was really nice, with some quite posh-looking furniture and trendy style.
The receptionist was professional and friendly at the same time. The bed was not the most comfortable one but it was fine. Big room and decent size bathroom. Cleaning of the room was great,

Friendly front desk. Just a short walk from the train station, and about 5 to 10 minutes walking to the center of the city.

Okay place if you don’t require use of a microwave
All of the staff were very friendly except the NH manager who was not friendly at all. Still a pleasant stay. If you are in need of using a microwave, not the hotel for you.

Location is great! The hotel is down the road from the train station, and about 15-20 minute walk from the markets. The room itself is spacious and clean, and offered at a great rate.

The hotel staff was unbelievably pleasant, helpful and professional. Jaimmy in particular was a rare treat as a hotel employee. She went out of her way to help us make the most of our two days in Amersfoort and Amsterdam. We have travelled all over the world for many years for business and pleasure and I am sure your staff will stand out to us among the absolute best we have ever experienced.
