Amazing place with a fabulous rooftop that you can see all the city The staffs were amazing, helpful, generous, and so kind. Definitely If I come again, I will probably stay here again and again Thank you so much for good hospitality.

I liked all the different areas and terraces in this hotel. It's been run by this family for many years and the decor is delightful but not overdone. Great views from the terraces, helpful hosts and alwaysa clean table at breakfast. It's easy to find restaurants a short walk away in the centre of Ürgüp. The hotel hosts were kind and helpful. Each room had a difference - view, balcony or not, terrace area, shape and size. The plants in the entrance courtyard were pretty. Everything neat and tidy and well run.

Highly Recommended in Urgup
If you don't need your toilet paper folded, your bed turned down and a chocolate on the pillow, this is a good choice. My room was neat, clean and cozy. Hasan provided attentive care, good advice and quick arrangements for a balloon trip. The breakfast was wholesome--I would have preferred some fruit--and served in the very nice central courtyard. Judging from the other guests' opinions, this is a good value.

Очень холодно в номере. В душ вообще не зайти. В дверях щели. Т.е. если приезжать летом- все отлично. Для осени не рекомендовала бы.

Genel olarak memnun kaldım.
Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi. Otel sahipleri misafirperver. Otopark sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz. Odalar biraz küçük ve kışın gidildiğinde ısınma problemi yaşanabilir. Biz yaz günü bile üşüdük. Yine de tercih edilebilir.

Beklentileri karşılayan ekstralı otel
Bütün otel beklentilerini karşılayan temiz sıcak konforluydu ve ekstra güler yüzlü çalışanlar vardı mevsim balkon sefasına müsaade etmedi o da olsa daha güzel olurdu

Otel işletmecisi Hasan Bey gayet ilgili.Farklı yapılarda oda seçenekleri olduğu için oda içini,özelliklerini görerek gitmenizi tavsiye ederim.Çünkü odaya göre banyo falan farklı..Hava soğuksa,petekler çok iyi yakılmasına rağmen soğuk olabiliyor,odada battaniye falan da var.Çarşaflar,banyo temiz.Bayan çalışanlar düzenli olarak temizliği yapıyor.Duş malzemeleri,terlik,saç kurutma makinesi vb. Eksiksiz.Kahvaltı yapmayı sevmeyen birisi olarak kahvaltısı benim için gayet güzeldi,beklentiye göre değişebilir.Yer olarak çarşıda olması avantaj.Otoparkı var.Aile konağı sıcaklığında

Sayın Kerem bey, Yorumlarıız bizim için çok önemli teşekkür ederiz.Sizinde belirttiğiniz gibi oda farklılıklarımız var burası bizim doğup büyüdüğümüz evimizdi 33 sene önce babam ve annem kendi gayretleri ile otele çevirdiler ve o dönemden beri otel olarak hizmet vermekteyiz.Tabiki hiç bir oda birbirine benzemediği için farklılıklar var ama bütün odalarımızda konfor olarak gerekli olan her şey mevcut fiyatımızda buna göre değişiklik gösteriyor.tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle hoşçz kalın.

Hotel plein de charme, chambres fraîches même sans climatisation. Beaucoup de coins sous la vigne pour lire et se reposer, un nombre indéfini de pots de fleurs et plantes soignés. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis par les propriétaires plus comme des membres de la famille que comme des clients.

Fiyat/performans olarak çok iyi olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Şehir merkezinde, otel sahipleri ilgili, odalar konforlu ve temiz. Ayrıca hızlı internet bağlantısına sahip. Oldukça memnun kaldık.
