"Location and overall appeal of the hotel is great. Some staff are really good and helpful. Most are courteous but the language barrier makes it super hard at times. 2 Feb 2020Lovely resort perfect balance. Lots of places to eat lovely beaches, lots to see nearby. Easy to get here by train from Colombo which is a 2 hour scenic ride for £1 with a seat.
