Villa in Paradise - Limited Time New Owner Discount !!

Very Nice community and Villa!

"Just spent 10 days here and Brian has a very nice Villa and it has about anything you could ask for in it. TC is still recovering from the 2019 hurricane so things are a bit limited in this area although there were a few restaurants ( Sunset Pizza and Ocean beach Pool Bar and Grill, we liked) but just know everything is expensive! Every night the complex has a get together and can meet on the ocean deck so you get to know so many people! The beach is breathtaking and the pool area is very nice! One thing we did find is that the water pressure is low in this area so water comes and goes, but we survived! Another thing for newbies like us, if u r coming you may want to rent a car and we knew it was left sided driving but a lot of the cars are right sided steering. However, in order to see the island and get to the ferries you will almost need one since cabs are pricey."

Excellent property

"The place was spotless and had all the amenities you could require, including excellent kitchen, plenty of towels and soaps, TVs in every room and beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was accommodating and responsive. The restaurant options in Treasure Cay are limited and fairly basic, so if you are looking for more meal options you will have to drive the 35 minutes to Marsh Harbour. Prestige Car rental offers good cars for less than it costs to rent a golf cart."

Long weekend in Treasure Cay

"We enjoyed this 2 bedroom villa and the community it is part of. Nice pool, beach access and beach chairs. Friendly community , 5:30 byob cocktails on the observation deck , met many nice people. The cottage was comfy, good beds and clean. They had beach towels as well as bathroom towels . They started us off with the kitchen soap etc . Ivan was very responsive and made check in ( we were early ) very easy. The beach here is FANTASTIC . We will return . Thank you Ivan for our lovely stay at your cottage !"

Abaco Beach Resort and Boat Harbour Marina

"Lovely property, very helpful staff. Dining in was a fairly pricey affair. But then again the whole of Abacos is not an easy place to find reasonably priced restaurants. The island has yet to really recover from the terrible hurricane in 2019. The Resort is an oasis of neatness and order compared to much of the island. I do hope Abacos continues to make progress, it is a lovely place and the people are so kind and helpful."
