Pleasant and comfortable stay
Easy, fast and friendly check-in. I had been allocated a room next to the lift but that was changed as soon as I asked. Room clean and spacious for me. Open clothes hanging space not an issue for me. Bathroom compact but not uncomfortably so: e.g. shower was big enough. Step up to bathroom not an issue for me. Very clean except for some small mould spots on seals and grout in shower. Eco-friendly shower gel/shampoo dispenser in shower. Fresh, tasty and abundant breakfast buffet (though orange juice a bit ‘institutional’). All staff very pleasant and helpful.

This is a nice hotel in a nice area of Turin. All the main attractions are a 15-20 minute walk away. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel, but there are a few very lovely cafes nearby. The room was clean, quiet and the staff were lovely.

A hidden gem

Wonderful hotel near Parc Valentin
Stayed 2 nights while visiting Torino. Close to all the major attractions. comfortable rooms with great amenities. Staff is extremely accommodating. 200m from river Po & beautiful running path. Outstanding breakfast includes fresh fruit, homemade baked goods.

It was a familiar motel with nice staff and a little grocery store in the street. Unfortunately the next restaurants were round about 30 minutes walk away.

The restaurant was good, all home made food. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working but they gave us a 50% discount to compensate.

Standard Best Western Hotel
The hotel does not differ much from standard Best Western hotels. It's located close to the city centre and parking close to the hotel was easy to find. Rooms were clean and comfortable, but, as in any Best Western, a bit anonymous. Staff was nice and professional Overall good if you are travelling for business, even if there was little Wi-Fi signal in my room.

Great hotel. Friendly reception with good English.
Great friendly reception staff. Nice breakfast very cheap but good value despite no cooked food (except boiled eggs and cold Deli meats). Room was a little noisy due to shop outside re-stocking early morning but the hotel happily relocated me when I mentioned it. Free map at reception with places to see was great.

Sigh - bed and breakfast is about it. People nice
Staff was friendly and helpful. Air-conditioning didn't work very well at all - could not lower the temperature to a comfortable level and it wasn't too hot out either. We were a family of five, and they didn't tell us when we booked that they would be splitting us up into two separate rooms! We made it work, but it was a bit of 'false advertising'. Breakfast was so-so, didn't cost much but didn't offer much either - some bread, cereal, cake (lots of cake...) - not much fruit, and no scrambled eggs or hot food. Internet did NOT work in the room, had to go to the lobby to use our devices. Surrounding area around was ok, but a bit scary with all the graffiti and some intimidating young folks walking around (didn't have any more room on the skin for additional tats and the sight of their in underpants hanging down was not pleasant).

The website specifically presents Connecting Rooms for families: those you have booked, and those we gave you at check-in. In our breakfast we offer quality products typical of our zone: in addition to homemade cakes, there are cold cuts, Piedmontese cheese and hard-boiled eggs. Finally, our hotel is located in the hills, the most selected area of the city: we are sorry that you have seen people not of your liking. We hope you found other hotels that you liked on your trip.
