Konaklama öncesi gerek hotels.com daki gerekse web adresindeki telefonlardan ulaşamadım. Oysa ki, bu telefonları kullanmıyorlarmış. Esas numaralarını da yayınlamamışlar. Konaklama günü gittiğimizde, gerek karşılama, gerekse hizmetin içeriği konusunda hayal kırıklığına uğradık. 2 Günlük, yanımızda yaşlı babamızın da olduğu bir apart konaklama idi. 09.00- 12.00 saatleri arasında termal hizmetinin ücretli olduğu, odalarda, apart mutfak araç ve gereç alt yapısının olmadığı, istersek otelden kahvaltı kişi başı 35 TL, Akşam Yemeği 40 TL ödeyerek yararlanabileceğimiz söylendi. Biz daha önce de birçok apart tesiste kaldık. Herşeyin ücretli olduğu, apart odalar için yanımızda tabak,çanak,bardak getirmemiz gerekli olduğu bilgisi ne sitenizden, ne de firma web sitesinden açıklanmamış. Biz görüşümüzü söylediğimizde de, sadece tabak haricinde yardımcı olamayacaklarını, istersek de ödediğimiz tutarı iade edeceklerini söylediler. Hotels.com dan aldığımız söyleyince de, sorun olmayacağını belirterek, ekteki kart bedelini iade ettiklerini söylediler. kendi koydukları kurallardan neden hotels.com un haberdar edilmediğini sorduğumuzda da, " onlar yabancı site. Ondandır." diye Tuğçe Ertaş isimli Resepsiyon şefi cevap verdi. Sonuçta orada kalmadık. Akşam 18.00 de civar tanıdıklarımızı arayarak 1 gün kalıp, geri döndük.
