Some traffic noise being next to I10. We were on top 4th floor, there was an odd clanking noise off and on. At nite coming from ceiling near electric braker box, like a chain clanking on a flag pole sound. Hotel is very new so maybe still working out some kinks. Also odd that they charge full fee for deposit then full fee for room. Then refund deposit next day. Seems a bit overdone vs what most hotels do.

Very nice and safe during our ten days me and my wife were able to study after training and sleep very comfortable. The staff people were very professional every time we need it something. I believe that we’re coming back in three months for another training, and we’re looking forward to woodspring suites for another ten safe and comfortable days.

There was some unknown crusty substance on the comforter and hairs on the blanket underneath it. Running the air conditioner produced a dripping noise that kept waking me up. There’s also a lot of highway noise. Overall felt like kind of a sketchy stay.

First time staying at the Woodspring Suites. It is like the "Motel 6" of suite properties. I found it to be clean and the staff was very pleasant, but amenities are scarce. There is a small kitchen in the room but no utensils, plates, etc and none available from the front desk. I also had to "check out" a hair dryer which I found unusual. Beds were comfy however.

The property is close to the freeway but far enough away to avoid road noise, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower had just the right amount of water pressure. We were in an "accessible" suite which meant there was plenty of space to move about, laminate floors instead of carpeting, wide doorways, etc. The people at the front desk were helpful and the coffee in the lobby was actually good. All in all a great experience for our last night on the road after our eclipse road trip.

Bed and pillows comfortable. Sitting area and TV good. But strange - no dishes, cutlery or pots in the kitchen area, which has a 2-burner stove and full size fridge. No ice machine in motel but the ice cube receptacles in freezer had been left empty, so no ice for us for several hours after checkin. This could be a great place, but guests need warning about what is NOT there. Also very tricky to find even with GPS help.

I didn’t like that their bath towels are small. They didn’t have enough towels for 2 adults 2 nights. Didn’t check to see if we needed the room cleaned, towels were not changed and the beddings are average quality. Rooms have no lotion, shower caps or Kleenex. Overall, they need to learn from Holiday Inn

Wow... Noise, noise and more road noise. The room was clean, and our limited staff interaction was fine. The room included a two-burner cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator. However, if you wanted a pot or pan, you had to buy these for $29.99. If you wanted a plate and silverware, you had to buy this for an additional $19.99. Housekeeping is non-existent here. We only stayed for one brief night, but we watched another guest's interaction, in which the customer was shocked at having to take his own trash out. Not just out of the room, but out of the room, down the elevator, through the property and out back to a dumpster. I would be put off by that as well. The price is cheap here, but you get what you pay for.

No continental breakfast due to having microwave and stove in all the rooms. Travelers don’t bring cookware and supplies with them, but you can buy that at the front desk. Then take it home with you, WHAT? Take it on the plane, WHAT? Something would have been nice to eat.

Despite most reviews, our experience was fine. The place does look new and clean. It has a kitchen and fridge. Only thing that the kitch3n doesnt come with are cooking sets or dinnerwares. I believe you have to buy them at the front desk. We didnt need them as we only needed to stay 1 night due to our place having no water service yet. The highway noise is a problem but we knocked out so it didn't bothered us. Front desks were friendly upon check in. Easy check out. Has a gym for guests use. Near walmart, dave & buster and movie theater plus other food places and starbucks and costco. They provided 2 body towels and 2 handwash towels. No hairdryer. I don't think they had shampoo n conditioner but we had our own. Everything looked new still so id stay here again if needed.

Check in was easy and the staff was welcoming. The rooms were clean, but it was very noisy. One more complaint I had was that they didn’t even have a blow dryer in the rooms but it was nice to have a small kitchen in the rooms.

The staff do a great job and are very friendly. Anytime I had an issue (which didn't happen often) they were very helpful to make things right. The biggest issue I have with the location is the noise. It's a fairly new building and I expected it to be quieter. The road noise from the adjacent highway is loud. I had to make sure my room window was closed, because it seemed like it was open. If you stay there, make sure you stay on the top floor. There isn't too much noise coming from within the hotel, other than from the ceiling. If you stay on a lower floor, be prepared to wake up when the person in the room above you wakes up and starts walking around their room.

Solid low cost option
It was a last minute choice to stay on property. The girl who checked me in was very sweet and polite. The room was fine, seemed clean enough. Bed was ok in terms of comfort and the walls seemed a little thin in terms of noise, but overall it was fine. Shower was hot and bathroom was clean. If I needed a low cost option on short notice, I would stay here again.
