“For the money, can't beat it.”
Went to the UA game so it was a great location as you didn't have to deal wtih traffic as it is right off the freeway and you come in backside of the stadium. Area is questionable and had some issues with our room that management took care of quickly. Had no issues with the room as you get what you pay for. Would stay there again if need be. Would be great if you were going bar hopping by Hotel Congress due to the location with a taxi.
“Good for the money!”
Normally you receive what you pay for. this hotel was what I paid for. It was clean but outdated. Convenient!
“too noisey”
Wrong night to stay at an AZ motel, if you are not from AZ. AZ beat Duke basketball.
“Do not stay here.”
I would not stay here again. The building was old and not kept up very well. There is a type of ballroom on the property, and the music was very loud well into the night, not to mention the refrigerated trailer unit running all night right outside our room. There appeared to be permenant residents in the lobby. Definately not up to the standards of the other Days Inns I have stayed in. In their defense, the did refund 1 nights stay.
“Absolutely disgusting and Filthy”
Slow check-in. Went to see the room. Filthy; not made up. No linens or towels. Went back and was assigned a new room which also was not up to expectations. Went back to desk and another customer was checking out that had checked in just prior to us. This hotel should be condemned.
“would not recommend to stay..keep looking.....”
Very hot in Tucson, air conditioner was not cooling strong...bathroom ceiling was missing.....and room had a funny odor.... carpets need to be replaced. Thank goodness that the shower was working....plenty of water coming through .... to have a good shower.... The continental breakfast... very simple, nothing worth eating...nothing like other hotels where we have stayed at. Once again the breakfast area hot, I guess they don't believe in turning up the air conditioner when they know that it is extra hot in Arizona... over 100 degrees outside. They really need to upgrade this location... so those of you looking for a place to stay in Tucson.... keep on looking....I would not recommend it...
“DAYS INN "ROCKS" THE ROCK SHOW!”
The overall experence was great! The location could'nt be closer for the "Gem and Mineral Show! The room was a decent size and everything seemed to be clean. When we needed an extra pillow or towel , all we had to do was ask and it was imediately brought to our room. Best of all we were able to park right in front our room! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!David
“Disgusting, Avoid this place like the plague or you may get it!!!”
This was the most disgusting place I've ever stayed at. The carpets were so filthy they turned you socks/feet black. the shower head had orange scuz all over it and in the morning I awoke with bug bites all over me. It was so bad that I checked out early despite having a non-refundable reservation. The hotel said they wouldn't charge me but Expedia wouldn't allow that so I ended up paying for it both in cash and physical distress. DO NOT STAY HERE.
“Decent”
About what I expected for the price. Not awesome, but for the low, low price, nothing to sneeze at. Clean rooms and bathrooms, just not the best exterior and general neighborhood.
“Pleasantly surprised.”
I was expecting much worse when I arrived at this hotel. It's definitely an older establishment, but they have renovated the restrooms and the bed was quite comfy. Carpet is old and stained, but overall the room was acceptable. One thing, the freeway construction was noisy on Monday night. Sat & Sun, no problem as workers were off duty. Rear of hotel rooms were for smokers ... I had to stay on freeway side and heard noise my last night there.
