Some As****e neighbor called the police and complained to the front because I went out a few times to smoke cigarette outside of my room. After earlier he was screaming at his wife and banging on their door for an hour… then the place bans me from coming back. Unbelievable. The place was dirty and felt unsafe and there’s no convenient means of transportation around.

Poor management. We arrived very late due to a major road closure and were assured by the night clerk that we could check out the next morning a couple of hours after the usual time of 11 AM, but to call the office in the morning beforehand to let them know. When I called, however, the person who answered said she was the manager and rudely insisted that, despite what we were told, we would have to be out by 11 AM. So ,we had only four hours sleep!

Hotel did not let us check in past 4am like i was told they would. I booked the extra day knowing outlr flight landed at 2am. They cancelled my booking and told me there was nothing they could do that i needed to rebook. Booked a room somewhere else and was still charged. Not easy looking for another hotel with kids at 5am after traveling all day.

Our feelings about this property were mostly influenced by the other travelers. The desk clerk did not speak English well. An entire family jumped into the pool fully clothed and swam. Two busloads of unsavory men were present and brought cases of alcohol and foods into their rooms. the people staying there did not seem to be regular tourists. We were on edge because of the border control problems we had seen multiple times during the day.

Staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful. Rooms not very well stocked - no shampoo, no hairdryer, kitchen option but no utensils to use in the kitchen area. Not sure what the point is of having a kitchen area when there are no utensils to use a kitchen.

The room that I got was still dirty. Beds were made but it was like they made very little effort to sweep or mop. Floor was so sticky, stains still on bathroom floor.

People were loud outside until midnight. The floor was dirty under the bed with old food. The bed was way too soft and only had a sheet, no blanket or comforter.
