Staff was exceptionally upbeat and helpful. Pool area and bar created a pleasant vacation oasis vibe and we were 15 minutes to the downtown night life.

No air conditioning. Told me maintenance would come. They did not. Had to call again. Guy came, told me it was now blowing cold air and left. 2 hours later reported it again. Said they needed to take the unit apart - I was leaving in less than 24 hours and did not want to have to leave my room all day for them to do this. When I asked for compensation they said it’d have to go through Expedia - Expedia said it needed to go through hotel as I paid at check in. Complete run around. I travelled 10 hours it was 95 degrees - complete hassle

The only complaint is no free breakfast. All other places are having free breakfast. We loved staying there and staff is great but sorry to say, we will be looking for another place on our next stay.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience at our property. Normally at Doubletree hotels breakfast is not complimentary but you can always add it to your reservation if you choose to. Thank you again for your time and feedback.
Good place to stay, super convenient and fun for kids to enjoy the pool. 1st room they gave us needed to be aired out but staff remedied it super quickly. 1 suggestion: offer free complimentary black coffee and hot water for teas in the lobby.

I do apologize about not being able to log into your Netflix account. We did just replace our T.V so that streaming would be an option for our guests. I will check with my maintenance team and see if maybe we have not switched this out for the new one. Have a great weekend.

Nice to be away from the city center. The rooms are outdated. The air conditioner fan was extremely loud whenever it was on. The room had a walk out patio in the back and it was ten feet from the hot tub so every night people would talk very loudly most of the evening and if we opened the back sliding door it was like listening to a big party happening every night. Definitely not private or quiet.

I truly am sorry that your stay was not perfect with us, I do know you were here for quite a few nights did you inform our desk staff about the A/C issues you faced? I wanted to at least offer points onto the Hilton Honors account attached to your stay, if that is okay with you?
Mario at the front desk was wonderful full of information and very helpful. Rooms were great as well landscape beautiful and u could pick your own oranges for breakfast

Hotel was clean and nice, just had a horrible sewage smell coming from drain. But I don’t think all the rooms were experiencing that. Other than that, everyone was very nice.
And rooms were comfortable.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
We usually enjoy a stay at a Hilton Hotel but this hotel had no air conditioning. We had spoken directly with hotel staff before booking and there was no mention of the problem until we were checking in. The first room we were offered had a bad smell. We were able to move but the room was very stuffy and it was hard to get a good night's rest. We hoped to relax in the room until check out time but it was so uncomfortable that we left early.

The pool was eh warm. Warm enough to swim in and the jacuzzi was perfect. Food was delicious. Got the burger with fries. Staff was friendly and helpful 🙂

I was put on a room that has an entrance outside of the gates area on an upper floor with no elevator. As a solo woman traveler I felt extremely unsafe. Also,
There was no food available until dinner, and even that was a limited bar menu. The front desk staff made me feel uncomfortable asking for any support.
I was disappointed overall with my stay.
