Everything was very nice and very clean. My only quibble, and it is minor, was that the previous guest had switched the TV to HDMI2 (probably to hook to a computer or Roku stick) and I couldn't get the remote to switch it back. A maintenance guy took care of it in very short order. The guest had also apparently unplugged the phone. Wouldn't hurt if "Turn on the TV" and Check for dial tone" were added to the room clean-up items. All in all, I'm very satisfied.

Property seems a bit outdated. First room I had strong odor from carpet and bed. Staff were very helpful in accommodating a new room. Property only has one elevator. Good price rates though.

Put us in very far room from the front. Door wouldn't lock securely. Description stated had a hot tub, after check-in I ask where the hot tub is, told they think it's broken?!

There is a farmer hotel, which now houses illegals, just two buildings down. We were told we were parking our vehicle in a safe place not to worry. When we got up in the morning, the window had been broken in the side of our car and our car rummage through. Very disappointing place to stay very disappointing cover-up by staff. One female staff tried to help us with patching up the windows so we could drive. But the rest of the staff couldn’t have cared less.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The front of the property and the area when you first walked in was nice. The pool area and grounds and hallways were very poor. No maintenance took place on the grounds during my stay.

Read some bad reviews but am pleased with the room and hotel. Receptionist was very kind and thorough. Bar is also clean and bartender was friendly offering me a togo option if I’d like to take a beer back to my room. Only downside is more the fault of some of the occupants that must be smoking. It permeates the common areas but it’s not terrible. Overall for the price I think it’s fine.

Initially , I was assigned room #124, the room smelled so bad I almost vomit, carpet was filthy and a terrible musty, mold smell. Then I requested to be changed and I was given room # 124 , still some send smell and carpet filthy. The lateral entrance of the hotel smell terrible and is very dirty. Never again I stay in this hotel

I liked the location to the Tucson Airport. I didn’t like no regular coffee available, TV problems with cable, no Kleenex in the room, dirty carpets insufficient towels and shower handle that falls off.

I have started at this motel many times over the past 20 years while it was a Best Western. It now has a new name and they say they are rebranding. The pool furniture was broken, I didn't have a shower curtain , the drain plug didn't work, no hair dryer, no bedspread, the towels were threadbare. I would recommend you remove this from your available listings as it wasn't pleasant at all.

There is only one elevator in this large hotel! The desk clerk gave us a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the elevator, which may not have been preventable. Nevertheless, my 75-year-old mom and I had to pull our heavy luggage throughout the hotel to get to our room. The desk clerk even pointed us in the direction of our room with all our luggage in tow, assuming we were going to drag our bags and suitcases up a flight of stairs. On top of that the rooms are mediocre and are in desperate need of an update. That’s probably why they don’t have the best western name any longer. Overall not a great experience. I would have preferred to sleep in my rental car.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were not clean at all. There was actually a spot of blood on the roof!! They should try to acomodarte the stay of families a little away from couples room to avoid loud sexual noises next to a family room. Also the breakfast was cold and poor (no variety at all).
