"I liked hotel very much, and free breakfast was very tasty and many different dished were in the breakfast space. However Around the hotel, many shops were closed therefore streets were very quiet."

"Dirty room, no hygiene.expected us to use a duvet cover that had not been washed yet had been used by guests for days, possibly weeks, no clean replacements available, this did not fit in with the hotels covid responses."
