This hotel is located away from the city and it's near a residential area next to the sea. The rooms are very clean and spacious with a small kitchen and a nice living room separated from the bedroom which is so relaxing! The only setback is it is a long journey to travel to places using the MRT as we need to first take the hotel shuttle bus to the MRT station. We were travelling on cabs throughout out stay of 5 days.

We like the environment but didn't like the dining. Hope there is more choices so we didn't have to dine out in Tsuen Wan.

Overall experience was good. My flight arrived Hong Kong at 6am and the hotel accomodated my early checked in request. I really appreciated for that. All staff were very helpful. The area around the hotel was quite. My room was spacious. I would consider the room was clean and tidy. However, the undermount edge of the bathroom basin had mold and need more cleaning or bleaching. I will definitely pick this hotel again in my next trip to Hong Kong.

Firstly- the staff are amazing- the owners of the hotel are greedy and all about profit- we had a lot of black mold- really affected my breathing- they did some cleaning- but still bad! NO PLUG IN THE BATROOM! Bed harder then plywood- sofa very uncomfortable- chairs in living room- woul likely be rejected by a garbage dump! Their are zero facilities like restauraunts or shopping!Windows very dirty- would be a great view onto the bay!Again STAFF IS AWESOME- they just needcthe resources to get this OLD hotel up to par

This hotel is quite far away from town area. And hotel shuttle bus is only until 7PM. And in between, there will be 2 breaks of 1 hours 30 minutes without bus. Cafe price is also very expensive. 1 paper cup coffee cost HKD63! This hotel also have plenty of Chinese Mainlanders. Very rowdy and many like to jump queue when the shuttle bus came. Frankly, I will not go back to this hotel again.

General review
Overall we are ok on the property. The staffs are very friendly and polite. The shuttle bus services are very good, but only up to around 7:00 pm. The laundry room at basement is good. All washing machines and dryers are good. We can clean our cloths everyday when we stay.

Excellent stay .. great service.. clean rooms.. sea view is amazing.. family suite is very comfortable with two beds and one sofa bed. Both rooms have tv. Has the provision of a small kitchenette with microwave oven, electric kettle and wash place. Great for family stay. Amongst the cons, little away from the city, but has it's own charm and there's a shuttle service. Also, had trouble with plumbing in the toilet on the first day.. hotel staff response was good but it took time to be sorted. Notwithstanding, will consider staying again owing to the value for money.. especially with family.

Hotel free shuttle bus stop at 7pm to both Tsuen Wan and Tsuen Wan West MTR station. The bus also limited to up to 26-seater. But still convenient with taking with just HK5.6 and 12 mins public bus 234B from Tsuen Wan west MTR station or opposite the Tsuen Wan MTR bus stop to and return after shuttle bus stop service. Bus frequently with just around 25mins ea. If from HK SAR Airport, you can just take the direct bus A38 from airport to the Hotel. Bus stop just opposite of the Hotel.

Large room with sea view
The room was large, clean and with a good sea view. It was so large that i misplaced something *wallet, key card..." a few times and need to find them. Transport was a bit awkward. It took the hotel minibus 10 mins to get to the nearest tube station. And the mini bus is with limited seats. Have to take taxis a few times and gladly taxies in HK is comapratively cheap (£5 from tube station to hotel) But finding the taxi stand is not straight forward.

Spacious room but old and needs renovation. Hotel aimed at tours so had to fight crowds to get to the breakfast buffet. Free shuttle bus to and from MTR station would have been useful but always full so had to rely on taxis instead.

Poor 2 star hotel
This is not a four star hotel. It is a 2 stars hotel. There are ants in the room. There is no electrical outlet in the washroom. No way to plug in hair dryer. So I have to use the hair dryer in the bedroom but no mirror in the bedroom. Toilet paper is used as facial paper. There were guests shouting and almost had a flight in the lobby. But no hotel staff stopped them.

Stayed 14 nights. Hotel is in the process of a facelift/renovation (Nov23). Victor at concierge was exceptionally helpful. Great staff member! View the from room was lovely and we had a huge balcony (family room). The free shuttle bus to/from Tsuen Wan & Tsuen Wan West station was often full and some guests missed out. Need a bigger bus or more frequency. Old, rude and unhelpful shuttle bus driver. Suggest employment of a more courteous driver. Housekeeping forgot to makeup the room on 3 occasions, even though we had sign on door. Hotel is not convenient to any shops at all. Price was reasonable price for the room size. Large numbers of noisy, retired PRC guests arrive by the coach-load daily. Be prepared for this unruly spectacle in the lobby if you stay here. Overall, a below-average performance. Hotel needs to improve significantly to remain competitive.

The facilities in the Hotel are great. Good sized room, large King size double available, great views over the harbour. Two TVs, one in bedroom the other in sitting area. It is not close to shops or MTR but there is a courtesy bus. I walked the 30 mns to Tsuen Wan Wesr MTR along walking track which was very pleasant.

GOOD HOTEL TO STAY WITH BIGGER ROOMS IN HK
This Hotel has both advantages and disadvantage. In advantages you have 4 star property with bigger rooms and the buffet breakfast at HKD80. Rooms are clean, having good room service, swimming pool, restaurant and view from Hotel. In disadvantage Hotel is not in the Hong Kong Island or Kowloon or Tshim sha tsui. It is near to MTR Red line last station Tsuen Wan. From MTR station hotel has shuttle service every 30mins till 7:45 p.m. One can also take a taxi from your MTR station to hotel one way HKD50

Good services from the staff of front desk, restaurant, and security. However, the washroom has multiple problems. Need to do more maintenance work at room #1129 washroom! Shuttle bus is good but no services after 7 pm, and an hour before lunch and dinner.
