It wasn’t a bad stay the only thing is the place is a bit old needs some updating. Some of the stuff also doesn’t work as great such as the shower faucets definitely need to be improved.

We booked a room after the majority of other hotels were full. Arrived at 8:15 pm and were told our room wasn’t ready yet as they only had one cleaner. The area around the hotel was sketchy. We opted to drive 2 more hours to Albuquerque.

This motel was both dirty and uninviting. The manager on duty was very unapologetic. The dogs were barking so loud. It was just gross gross gross gross.

Comfortable room, excellent staff
This is truly a pet friendly hotel, at no extra charge. The check-in staff were wonderful. They went the extra mile to assure our comfort! The price was perfect for a 2 star hotel. People who complain about the amenities need to pay more for a higher star and stay away from pet friendly accommodations. I am happy with a clean, comfortable room, a shower and TV. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Check in @ 11,we arrived at 5.Took at least 20 minutes in stinky lobby even though pre-paid. Att. tried to charge again! Climbing stairs it was obvious filthy. At our room, door open, garbage all over, beds not made, blankets still in dryer, and there was a man urinating in the toilet, but he (Chris) turned out to be the nicest person there. There was loud profanity, and angry claims that staff had left before cleaning TWO rooms, although there was already one mad guy in the lobby, and another after us. Tried to get us to leave for half hour, but we had hauled all of our bags and drinks and food up the stairs, so we put it all on the table and watched. No microwave, no mini-fridge, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 2 towels for two people for 2 days. The curtains are only about half connected to the rod. The safety latch on the door was busted. The walls and floors were dirty, and even had broken glass left. The TV was tiny, old, and had actual static lines running across the screen like back in the 60's, and that was on all of the 12 or so available channels. The second morning, we were locked out, needed new key passes but the desk attend. were in a car outside the largest window in the lobby smoking dope and we had to go out and yell at them to come in and fix our cards. The only I have is nice area at back of parking lot for my dog to take a dump.

Disgusting . Didn’t have enough clean towels. Only one I. My room. When I asked for another, they could only give me a face towel and a bath mat. I had to go to the laundry room to ask for one.

Dont stay here, ever. When i checked in they said pet friendly and after booking for 4 days, received a call on the last day telling me that my dogs were barking so much and the rules are that if you have pets you cant leave them alone. After getting a copy of the pet agreement, it states if you are not in the room the pets need to be in a kennel or carrier. I told them ours have been everyday so far. My dogs werent barking because after called out of my appointment, i went to the hotel to find out my dogs were quiet but the ones across the hall well barking as they had all week. The owners here arent polite and after being accused of this with no proof, i faced them and told them we had been here 4 days with no problems until we spoke to a hotel employee and the next day accused of this. I told them you lie about things and dont face the proper people with issues because the person who has the dogs is the owner of the hotel. I packed our things and left immediately after telling me false accusations. I insisted on a refund for the final day not being there now. They tried to say it couldnt be done, but i knew different and wasnt leaving until this was done.If you have pets DONT STAY HERE! They dont even clean your rooms daily like other hotels always do. You have to ask for what you need in your room NEVER AGAIN STAYING HERE...WITH PETS OR NOT....

Run Down But OK
When I had car trouble I had to find a cheap, local motel in a hurry. This motel fit the requirements. It was pretty run down, stains on the bedspread, old fixtures, but everything seemed clean. It was also quiet which was another plus. It was an easy check in, no hassles. The one person staff was efficient. No security here that I saw, but we followed safety procedures and had no problems. Probably not a good place for a family unless there was no other rooms available in the area. In spite of how run down the property is I was happy to get a cheap, clean room when I needed it.

Good mattresses and lots of hot water. Clean rooms. Staff was helpful. Very poor maintenance condition. Common areas not regularly cleaned (stairs and hallways). Back entrance door did not close or secure, and front entrance was not always staffed. Satisfactory for the price, but needs a full refurbishment.
