The hotel is overpriced for such conditions that they have, the only one good things its location of the Hotel and the views from the hotel to the mountains!

Pension familiale pas à la hauteur
C'est une pension familiale plus qu'un hôtel bien plus éloignée du pont romain de Trèves que l'annonce le précise. Il n'y a pas de place pour se garer sur le parking minuscule de la pension. L'accueil fut quelconque. La patronne ne parlait pas anglais contrairement à l'annonce. La chambre n'était pas propre. Le ménage n'était pas fait. Ça sentait une odeur légèrement désagréable dans les escaliers. Il manquait des serviettes de bain. Le linge de lit et les serviettes n'étaient pas totalement propres. Ils étaient juste mis sur le lit sans être repassés. Le lit n'était pas fait. Un volet de la chambre était cassé et l'autre ne descendait pas. Il nous a été impossible de fermer les volets. Nous avons utilisé les rideaux pour avoir de l'obscurité afin de pouvoir dormir. Par contre, il y avait un bon chauffage dans la chambre et la vue sur la ville était belle. Le petit déjeuner simple mais bon a été servi sur table mais personne n'était levé pour nous accueillir au petit déjeuner à 8h. Nous avons pu le prendre à 8h40 tout de même. Nous gardons un mauvais souvenir de ce séjour dans cette pension familiale malgré la gentillesse des propriétaires qui doivent faire encore beaucoup d'effort pour être à la hauteur de l'annonce légèrement mensongère. Nous demandons le remboursement de ce séjour.

Zum schlafen reicht es, mehr nicht
Insgesamt ein Eindruck, dass das Haus die beste Zeit hinter sich hatte.macht einen abgewohnten Eindruck. Rollos gehen nur teilweise, auf meinem Zimmer gab es keinen TV Empfang. Der W-Lan Verstärger wird spät Abends aus der Steckdose gekommen. Obwohl es sich Hotel nennt, war am Montag kein Service gegeben, am Dienstag Früh war alles abgeschlossen und kein Hotelservice ansprechbar. Lose Fliesen, Dübellöcher in den Duschkabinen gehören leider auch dazu. Wer nur ein Schlafplatz sucht, ist es okay. Der Speiseraum macht den Eindruck eines Kassenspielcasinos.
