“Nice place to stay”

The hotel was clean and quiet. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived late and our room had keys made waiting for us. Check was very quick.

“Don't book on line”

We were very happy with the hotel but will now have to deal with a different issue when we are home from our travels. Not only did we pay for the hotel through Expedia, but we have also been charged by the hotel itself. This is very disconcerting. I will learn much about both Expedia and the La Quinta hotel if this gets sorted out quickly

“Cleanest Hotel In Tri Cities”

Polite staff. Brand new hotel. Immaculately clean. Did not explore everything they had to offer. I prefere a pillow top mattress. Theirs were a little more firm that I like. Nice sheets, blankets, and comforters. Probably the nicest hotel in the area. I have stayed at 4 in the Tri-Cities area. Reasonably priced for such a nice hotel in the area.

“Very nice cool room.”

Hotel is new and nice, bed was not as soft as I like, but okay. I was located out in the far back end, and asked to be moved close to the elevator...after some grumbling, and me trumping, they moved me to a closer room. Noted the front desk staff were never there, and were part of the lobby cleaning staff on the week-end. I never made it to the breakfast....they fold it up right on the dot. Finding a place to eat dinner, and breakfast was not conveninet. Above all don't tell the front desk you are planning to check out until you are out..... they shut my key card off before I could get my luggage out of the room, it was a frustrating inconvenience trying to get back in.

I didfn't find anything close by the Hotel for breakfast. There is a friendly coffee cart owner located out the front door, and across the front road.

Air conditioner was noisy, but the beds and pillows were comfortable. Easy to find, good resturants close by. Would highly recommend.

“Will return”

It was the most peaceful motel I have been in for quite some time. Nice and clean and a great pool and spa.The breakfast was wonderful and a lot of choice. Will be back.

“Great Hotel”

Very nice, sometimes it's hard to get a hotel thats both nice and affordable. I travel to the tri-cities twice a year and most of the hotels are full of youth sports teams on those weekends, and are very noisey. This was great and got a good deal on expedia.
