No lift out of order, reception very helpfully carried my luggage to my room located on floor 3 as I have spinal cancer. The condition of the room was not what I expected for the cost carpets where badly stained, paint work along with windows, skirting and door frame need repairing.Wardrobe base very dusty not been cleaned for a long time to say nothing about the shoddy pluming in the bathroom. Carpet on landing has trip hazards on each joint. Locks on doors incorrect

Great location and staff. Walking distanxe from most places

Comfy beds, basic but tasty breakfast, good sized room and bathroom. Extremely loud music from the bar on the floor right beneath our room until 11pm.The whole room was vibrating.I complained & it was turned down a tiny bit.Another couple also complained. Receptionist unhelpful & dismissive, just shrugged her shouders and said 'its friday night', but the bar manager was trying to help & the owners grandson was onsite and was apologetic. The receptionist the next morning was a different lady and was much better. Because of the extremely loud music we wont stay here again. The location was perfect. Had a lovely sunset walk, the beach is just down the drive & accross the road.

Great location and spacious rooms to a high standard. However, the rooms which are on the road side 212 are very noisy. If I were to stay again, I would be asking to stay on the inside of the hotel, people coming back from 11-5am waking us up outside.
