Everything you needed, clean comfy bed, tea and coffee facilities, drinking water, good shower, great location, lovely breakfast, very nice staff.

Fantastic stay
Lovely little guest house immaculate and well presented. What a warm friendly greeting we were given on arrival and we were even helped to our room with our bags. Breakfast was outstanding cooked really well and served in abundance. We will definitely be back next time we are in Torquay

I stayed at Haven House for 7 days and found it comfortable, clean. Each day tea, coffee and water was topped up and fresh drinking water was replaced. Breakfast each morning was a standard menu but could be variable if wished. Clean and pleasant breakfast room. Both the guys running the BB were very helpful with local information.

We will be back!
We enjoyed our staying - room was a little small but bed was confortable and eveything was very clean - Alistair excelled with his customer service skills and he went the extra mile and even texted us while we were out saying there was not problem to have a late breakfast and check out - our breakfast was beautiful too with a good variety of continental and english breakfast choices -we will definetely go back when visiting Torquay again.

Lovely hotel
Lovely stay chocolates and bisciuts everyday in your room which never get anywhere else , the owner got me skimmed milk everyday which was very nice of him enjoyed my stay really nice hotel and staff so nice.

Truly a Haven
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet with a great breakfast menu. The location is brilliantly situated next to the sea front.

Perfect!
Perfect little find! Free on street and private parking, gorgeous breakfast with plenty of choice, friendly and attentive hosts and the location is fantasic. The room was spotless and comfortable with lovely little touches. Highly recommended

Hi, thank you for choosing Haven House. Our sausages are locally bought and from outdoor bred RSPCA approved British farms. They are Cumberland Sausages so have added seasoning as specified in the menu. Kind regards,

Breakfast! Breakfast! Breakfast!
Very warm welcome. Room had everything you needed. Bottled water, plenty of tea and coffee and a welcome chocolate and biscuit. Comfortable bed. Now on to breakfast! WOW! Exceptional, cooked perfect and plenty of it, poached eggs perfect. They realised we was there to celebrate a birthday and when we returned to our rooms later that day a birthday gift was left on the bed for her. As we was only staying 2 nights we did expect the room to be serviced but it was. 10 minutes walk to the seafront so great location for us. Will definitely return to Haven House it’s the best place we have stayed in Torquay.

Excellent stay
Had a lovely 2 day break spotless room very comfortable seating area in room very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was first class even when we slept in for our breakfast slot and i went to apologize we were welcomed into the dinning room where i had an amazing omelette thank you for that as i know its not even on the menu! Highly recommended hotel suitable for couples and families.

We enjoyed our stay at Haven House very much, we were warmly welcomed despite the late check-in, 9:30 pm. The hotel was well situated for those who, like us, wanted to spend a restful night without the noise of a summer night at the Marina/Beach; Simple facilities but very clean and well ventilated. Breakfast was delicious, the crepes were very tasty and everything was very well presented. Top for all Staff 5⭐️ Paula & Anabela

The welcome we recieved on arrival was very friendly and efficient with the offer of cup of coffee as we settled in. On the morning of our departure we missed breakfast and as we left was given breakfast sandwiches, this was a very generous and greatly appreciated gesture. The staff at the Haven hotel were extremely helpful and friendly.

From arrival to departure we had a very good experience rooms were on small side but ample The whole establishment was extremely clean nothing was too much trouble and breakfast was excellent Will definitely stay again We had two rooms as we took my parents who were equally happy
