The apartments are near a very busy intersection so you have to deal with a lot of road noise. The rooms are generally in good condition but spaces above your head and below your knees apparently are not routinely cleaned. This includes door frames, ceiling fans and baseboards. We arrived about 10 minutes before check in and I had to call around to find the desk clerk. She scolded me for showing up early though we would have waited for our room. Instead she put us in another room and had to re-enter our reservation. Minor deal but a tense start to our stay.

Place was exceptionally dirty with crumbs and other debris in the carpet, dirty countertops in sink, and a rough smell of smoke. A recent guest smoked in there because I saw butts near the bed (pictures taken)

We didn’t get to check, there was nobody there and the number we were told to call, nobody picked, we had to go book another hotel after trying to establish communication and not succeeding.

Great space, great price. The unit did not have hot water. We showered in another unit. They did bring maintenance in and did fix it. The carpet had carpet tacks sticking up outside the bathroom.

This was a perfect property for me. We produced an event at the Expo and this was close, clean and spacious. It’s so nice to have a kitchen and laundry, because we spend a lot of time on the road. We will definitely book again. If you are light sleeper the street noise might bother you a little, but this was not an issue for our crew.

Nice apartment in a sketchy area. The blinds were damaged, no toilet paper holder and our bathroom door doesn't close. It's new but needs some love. This is a bad location.

I'm sorry to see that somethings where not to standard. As for the noise from the street unfortunately we can not prevent that. Great family stay!
We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom unit. This suite is roomy and practical for a family stay. The kitchen has very basic supplies; a Keurig machine, oven, microway dishwasher, in-unit laundry, dishes, silverware, glasses, cups and a knife. No small appliances such as a blender, no potholders or dishtowels. But aside from those minor details, the unit and the stay was perfect for us. There is a cafe' onsite. They serve breakfast & coffees at 7am and lunch & drinks (including beer) during the day; prices are reasonable. The food and drinks are really good! We would definitely stay here again.

We were unable to stay here because we were not aware there was no check in after 11pm. We picked up some one off a international flight and had to scramble to get another room. This was a non-refundable room so we are unable to get a refund

We are sorry to see that you where unable to stay with us. As we are a much smaller Hotel then most we do not keep our lobby open 24hrs. As stated on all third party booking sites and also our own web site. But we do appreciate the feed back

Very decent for the price
Not spotless, but cleaner than many! Beds were comfortable, Roku on every TV was nice, nice and private and fairly quiet given the location. More dishes/cooking equipment (especially for oven use) would have really helped, as would more than one little knife, 2 bowls for a 3 room apartment, and a toaster. The coffee maker and supplies was much appreciated.

Loved the space and design. We had a few issues. There are no curtains, so when the sun came up, we woke up. The fan wasn't working in one of the bathrooms. There were no garbage cans in the restrooms and we found a bug in the unit

nowhere on the listing, did it say that when you chose to pay when you check in that they would not accept cash. Who in their right mind doesn’t take cash? they said the only reason they wouldn’t take cash is because they didn’t have anywhere to put it. technically cash is legal tender. they also would not work with us on taking two forms of payment meaning two credit cards or two debit cards. even asked if they would take a credit card over the phone from spouse at first they said yes then right before we started putting it in, they change their minds and said no. again, completely uncooperative and unworkable ridiculous. I do not recommend these people at all.

These are converted apartments. Very nice. Good bed. Two light bulbs were out in the bathroom. We reported it and they said they couldn’t fix them until Monday. We we’re staying over a weekend. Ridiculous. My big issue with this was the noise and the light. This is in a very busy noisy road. Loud music and loud cars and motorcycles racing up and down until the wee hours of the morning. If that wasn’t enough the street light lit up the room like it was daytime. The shades are cheapo Walmart ones that do nothing. There’s a great coffee shop on the bottom floor. We were in the third floor and no elevator. I really wanted to like this place but after not sleeping for three nights I just couldn’t.

Convenient location, great option if you need a kitchen, which we did. The coffee shop was great. However, our apartment was in need of more cleaning. The tile floors were dirty with debris and dust bunnies. The walls, doors, shower door tracks, light switches/switch plates, and kitchen appliances were dirty with dirt and spills. There were wet linens left in the washing machine which we did not touch. And there was some sticky gunk inside one of the drawers which we cleaned up in order to use the drawer. Overall, it would have been much nicer if the detail areas were cleaned.

Up sides - I was visiting my son who attends Washburn University, so the location was incredibly convenient for this purpose. The hotel is a converted apartment complex and you can expect something with that feel - I got a one-bedroom apartment with a comfortable living space, kitchen with appliances, washer/dryer in the room. WiFi is available. A decent coffee house is on site which is a nice perk if you are a coffee drinker. Down sides - Hotel staff is not always on site but seem to be accessible by phone call if needed. Extras like pool and workout rooms are not a part of the package. There is pretty consistent automobile traffic that goes by so it can get noisy if you're sensitive to sounds. These issues were not important to me but might be to others so I thought I'd include them.

The room was large and spacious. When we arrived we were first given a room that hadn't been cleaned and had broken things hanging off the wall. We were then moved to a room on the third floor. The room looked nice at first glance but wasn't clean. The sofa had garbage in the cracks, the counters were sticky and had to be wiped down. There were buckets sitting everywhere outside that were full of nasty cigarette butts. For a smoke free property that seems odd. There were no curtains on the windows, only mini blinds, making it impossible to block the lights from the street or parking lot from coming into the room at night.

The location was perfect, we got a 2 bedroom apartment suite. The fans were really dirty, they haven't been cleaned in a while. The cabinets in the kitchen were dirty. We didn't have extra dish soap, paper towels or trash bags. Our washer didn't work and we were there for 5 days so that was a bummer.

Loved the stay. Nice and spacious. Better than being couped up in a hotel room. One issue though is our card was charged 2 pre authorization charges. We were told there was nothing they could do until check out when it would run just the run through. Well after checking out. There still remains a pre authorization charge on the account. Which actually overdrew our account while there. So also left is scrambling on how to pay for other things we needed the $200 plus for. Was also told we weren't the only room this happened with by the front desk lady. She had no idea why it was happening. "Something weird happened during audit last night" that's what she told. Well upon now looking at Google reviews from a month ago. This is a reoccurring issue. Wouldn't stay here again unless there was guarantee that wouldn't happen again. Especially since they don't take cash. When I first showed up I asked to pay in cash and they said no they only took card. Well I see why now, because they like to pay with people's money. Everything else about the stay was great. But when it comes to someone's hard earned money, you shouldn't mess with it.

The property is nice it was former apartments, parking is good, 3 floors, exterior entrance, no elevator, it's is on a busy corner, so depending on the room traffic noise could be an issue

This was a really nice property and the space available was great. Everything was absolutely good except for the hot water tank in the apartment held barely enough water for 1/2 a shower for one person.. and we had 4 people who needed to shower. The tubs also did it drain the water that collected after a shower..Other than that we loved staying here. Very nice
