Beautiful property in a lovely area
My sister, husband and I stayed for a week in October and is was perfect. The location in Todi was very convenient as a home base for exploring Umbria. The accommodations were very comfortable. They were spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. The property is stunningly landscaped with breathtaking panoramic views of the countryside, a beautiful pool to enjoy, and very close to town. Adele, our host, could not have been better. She was very helpful with information about the area, answering our questions and offering suggestions, and a delight to talk with.

Wonderful Villa in Todi
The beautiful property in Umbria was the highlight of my trip! The photos do not even do it justice. The countryside is so lovely and peaceful, and Adele is the most delightful, kind property owner and most helpful. I will absolutely return to this property and recommend it to family and friends!

Sublime setting
This property is idyllic; it is just outside the ancient town walls and set in a sloping olive grove. The views all around are stunning. Unfortunately, we were sick when we visited and unable to see much of the surrounding area, but the place was very comfortable and the owner is lovely.

A beautiful house in Todi with amazing views and outstanding host!
The trip of a lifetime! Our host, Adele, was most gracious helping us with dinner reservations and so much more! A beautiful property with a view of the Umbrian Mountains and rolling hills. Todi’s history is fascinating from the Umbrians to the Estruscans to the Romans! We toured Assisi, Orvieto and saw the under ground city, took a cooking class through Viator in Spoleto, walk the AMAZING Roman ruins of Carsulae - must see! Adele’s property also has an absolutely beautiful peaceful pool overlooking the Umbrian countyside to enjoy after a day of touring ! If you want the quintessential Italy experience, look no further than Adele’s beautiful home amist the olive groves!

Outstanding apartment.
This apartment is in a relatively new stone building on a very private and attractive property with a small olive grove and fruit orchard. It is super clean and inviting . The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is small, but very well equipped with a 5 burner cooktop including a high intensity pasta burner. There are pleasant places to sit outside, both right outside the apartment door and elsewhere on the property. The bathrooms are spacious and modern with quality fixtures. The windows have screens, which we greatly appreciate. Adele is a wonderful and warm hostess, who speaks excellent English. She was very welcoming and attentive. The house information book was very complete with helpful information on the area and nearby food shopping. Todi (a short walk away) is a beautifully preserved, prosperous mid-sized hill town full of character with nice shops and restaurants.

Beautiful country house!
We rented the beautiful 2 story apartment for 4 nights on an olive farm. It is lovely and just outside one of the gates of Todi. Wonderful base to explore Umbria. Adele was great to work with and some day we home to return.

Amazing experience!
I would recommend this apartment without hesitation! Our experience at the house and touring the surrounding countryside was amazing! The apartment is so comfortable and the property on which the apartment is located is so incredibly beautiful. The location is ideally situated with access to grocery stores, a short work to Todi and allows for easy car rides to other towns in the Umbria region. Sleeping was very comfortable (the air conditioning is amazing and the beds are very comfortable). It is like paradise! Adele, thank you for your high level of professionalism and attention to detail, you r property is beautiful!

Fantastic location and wonderful host
Adele has been an amazing host during our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, very comfortable and of modern design. There is a lovely olive grove to walk through and a pagola at the end of a path with great, regional views. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. You can park the car at the front door of the property which is so convenient. Nothing was too much trouble. There was local information provided which was very helpful. A very enjoyable stay at this property and ideal for two couples or two adults and two children. Todi is a great location for doing day trips in the Umbria region. Thank you Adele and family for a wonderful time in a Todi.

Simply wonderful!
A very warm welcome from Adele started a wonderful week in this beautiful property just outside the city walls. Immaculately clean and extremely comfortable. Wonderful views from the beautiful pool which we took full advantage of as the weather was amazing! The house is in an ideal location for exploring Todi and Umbria. Thank you Adele. We will be back!

Perfect!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days in Todi and the house was just what we were looking for, comfortable, warm and very well equipped. Adele could not have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome with a gift of a bottle of their own olive oil - delicious. Excellent supermarket just down the road to stock up with every self-catering need (and more!) which made eating in a joy and very good restaurants within walking distance for a lunch or evening out. We will be back!

Amazing, beautiful property, and warm friendly owner.
This stay exceeded our expectations. This amazing property was perched on the side of a hill just below the old city walls and we were able to walk everywhere. The owner was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. Casa Del Peri was a unique property with spacious rooms, beautiful gardens and patios, olive grove and a variety of trees and plants. Breathtaking views of the countryside, rich with history and uniqueness. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again!

Gorgeous and relaxing
Our family of 3 had the most lovely part of our trip at Adele and Alessandro's immaculate apartment. It was beautiful and completely equipped with everything you need. Adele, was lovely and so helpful in giving suggestions and answering questions about the area. There are so many interesting places to visit close by, but Todi was so wonderful it was hard to stray away from home base. The grounds at Casa Il Pero are gorgeous and relaxing. There is an olive orchard, fruit trees and a garden where we picked fresh vegetables for our dinner one night. Adele also had picked a basket full of apricots and placed them in the apartment upon arrival. Yum! We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning in the future. This is a MUST stop on your trip to Italy. Umbria was by far our favorite part of our trip which included Milan, Rome, Venice, Tuscany and Liguria. Thank you again Adele and Alessandro for your warm hospitality and attention to every detail! Ciao! Until we meet again!

A little bit of paradise in Todi
We have never had such a warm welcome as we experienced here! Adele had thoughtfully prepared for our arrival and was waiting to greet us and show us around. The villa is very well equipped and comfortable and had everything that was needed by the 4 adults and baby in our group. We enjoyed sitting outside and using the BBQ in the evenings, but there was a folder full of information about places to eat in Todi. The town has a fascinating history and we were lucky to be able to talk with Claudio, Adele's father, about it. He recommended a day trip to Spoleto and it is really worth a visit. Adele told us about a magnificent cheese shop - Montecristo (I think) which sells only local cheeses which are wonderful. Situated where it is in Umbria, Casa del Pero is brilliantly placed for touring around the area, but we also enjoyed days spent in the villa and gardens. There is a gazebo in the olive grove which has a spectacular view of the countryside...ideal for an evening glass of prosecco. We have rented many villas and apartments in all parts of Italy and this has to be one of the best. Thank you, Adele, for making our holiday such a lovely experience.

Lovely and quiet, and walkable to Todi
Our stay at Casa del Pero was great from beginning to end. Guido, the property manager, and Adele, the owner, couldn't have been nicer, and the whole place was spotless. Walking the path through the olive and cherry trees to get to and from town was like a scene from a movie (except for the huffing and puffing - Todi is a HILL town!). Bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped, beds comfy, and the site is beautiful. We even had a few sheep nearby that we enjoyed seeing. The "property book" in the unit was an extremely helpful resource, with great ideas about things to do and excellent dining recommendations. We would definitely return!

Kleines Paradies mitten in Umbrien
Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch inmitten von Oliven- und Obstbäumen direkt unterhalb der Altstadt von Todi mit fantastischer Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang über den umliegenden Tälern. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im OG verfügen jeweils über ein eigenes Bad, im EG befindet sich der Wohn- und Essbereich mit kleiner, aber vollständig ausgestatteter Küche - alles super sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Das Ferienhaus liegt ideal mitten in Umbrien, mit dem Auto lassen sich Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Terni, Narni, Orvieto innerhalb von maximal einer Stunde erreichen. Schön und sehenswert ist aber auch Todi selbst. Für Selbstversorger gibt es mehrere Bäckereien (mit kleinem Café) und einen Supermarkt oben im Ort, sowie einen großen Supermarkt unten im Tal. Adele ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die nebenbei bemerkt hervorragend Deutsch spricht. Vielen Dank für einen perfekten Osterurlaub mit viel Sonne!

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Das Haus liegt auf einem idyllischen, gepflegten Grundstück. Die Wohnung ist bestens eingerichtet. Der Garten bietet viele schöne An- und Ausblicke und der Pool ist prima. Das beste ist aber die Vermieterin Adele - ein kleines Sprachwunder - die Verständigung in Deutsch oder in Englisch ist kein Problem und sie ist auch immer erreichbar (wohnt auf dem Grundstück). The apartment is close to town in Todí, however, the path to the city is steep and requires a certain level of fitness. the apartment is very comfortable and equipped with all necessary things. It is beautifully situated in an olive grove and there are beautiful places (terraces), that can be used outside. Adele is a very friendly hostess und we enjoyed our stay very much. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Top Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage

Kleinod vor den Toren Todis
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll uns hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Garten ist ein Traum und bietet neben einem sehr schönen Pool auch viele lauschige und schattige Rückzugsorte. Ein Supermarkt mit hervorragender Auswahl ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dass die beeindruckende Stadt mit zahlreichen guten Restaurants fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar war. Adele ist eine unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns auch bei medizinischen Problemen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden ist. Vielen Dank liebe Adele! Wir können die Casa Pero uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Der Urlaub war fantastisch, der Empfang sehr herzlich, Adele eine äußerst liebenswürdige Gastgeberin und die Lage unbeschreiblich schön. Soggiorno a Todi di inizio novembre 2019
Alloggio posizionato in una bella posizione con un'ottima vista sulle colline di Todi e molto comodo al centro di quest'ultimo. L'appartamento è ben arredato e ben allestito in ogni dettaglio. La signora Adele è stata molto ospitale ed attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze. Dispiace, vista la stagione, di non aver potuto usufruire di tutte le dotazioni esterne presenti nel giardino e intorno a tutta la proprietà, ma ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuol godersi uno spicchio di tranquillità in questa zona verde dell'Umbria.

Eine Zeit im Paradies
Adele war vom Check-In bis zum auschecken eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und haben die Tage auf diesem traumhaften Anwesen sehr genossen. Die Nähe zu todi ist sehr praktisch, und lädt zu abendausflügen ein. Trotzdem fühlt man sich auf diesem Anwesen, als wäre man fernab von allem. Ein wundervoller Blick in die umbrische Landschaft auch während man im Pool das kühle Nass genießt. Auch die Liegen sind von hervorragender Qualität und sehr bequem. Wir danken Adele und ihrem Mann noch mal ausdrücklich für die tolle Zeit und hoffen wir sehen uns wieder.

Beauty, comfort and relaxation
We spent five wonderful days in beautiful Todi. The house is spacious, pleasant and comfortable (two bedrooms w its own facilities). The tasteful interior makes you feel at home. The house is surrounded by well-kept grounds and has an open-air swimming pool. You can walk to the city-center in 20 minutes. Adele, our host, was very kind and welcoming and really cared about our well-being. She gave us al the information we needed and was always available to answer our questions. We strongly recommend this house suitable for all ages.

Un vrai paradis
La maison, grande et confortable est située au milieu d'une oliveraie et la vue sur la région est superbe. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De plus, il est très facile de visiter les différentes villes d'Ombie. Il ne faut surtout pas oublier de mentionner qu'Adele et Alessandro sont très accueillants, disponibles et chaleureux. La casa del Pero est un vrai paradis!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis op loopafstand van Todi. Geen zin om 's avonds te koken, genoeg restaurantjes met fantastische uitzichten op een kwartiertje lopen, wel een flinke klim!! In de omgeving veel mooie dorpen en steden die met de auto makkelijk zijn te bereiken. Een fantastische omgeving in vele opzichten!
