The only thing good about this place is the customer service. Not excellent but good. The facility is old. The slide door of the room we stayed at wasn’t locking. Seem like they had knew that since from the marks they tried to fix it. I was worried a bit about security since our room was on the ground floor. There was no complimentary water in the room and I didn’t even realize that until late in the evening. I had to walk to the front of the property where the check-in area was only to find no one in the office. I helped myself with the water from the dispenser using the available styrofoam cup. (Can’t believe that that they still use these type of cups) thank God it was a short stay.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They made sure me and my girlfriend had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get away and be taken care of.

My stay at Tropikist was extremely good ... from the staff at chekin to the amazing ocean views and the pool ... the room was comfortable and well kept ... the overall experience was definitely a 10 and Natasha was very helpful and soooo friendly. I would definitely recommend and i will be back again

The pool was pretty but the water was dirty due to flowers and the birds feathers. Wifi is poor and the rooms need a serious upgrade. The lamp on the nightstand was dusty causing my allergies to flare up and the lamp also had dead bugs. The buffet had limited options for breakfast and dinner. Electricity even went for an hour causing toilet inconveniences.

Clean, quiet facilities. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Need to invest in developing the beach area though. Maybe a rock wall to form a bay area similar to Coco Reef so beach can be safe and usable for guests.

A perfectly located island paradise. This property is on the smaller side which is perfect for my partner and I. It's beaitfully lanscaped and has 2 large swimming pools. On site dining met oyr expectations and staff was attentive and personable. The hotel is within walking distance of the airport, a beach and multiple bars and restaurants and night life. They do need to do some upgrades in the rooms and amenities. We will definitely be returning.

The food was very average, the bar was poor and expensive, the cocktails were pre mixes applied to local spirits. Good location for the airport and Pigeon point, though we chose to travel to Grafton and Buccoo areas every night for food (which was excellent) The rooms and facilities were very clean but a bit tired.

There were some hiccups upon check up but these were soon resolved by especially Malika and the rest of the team. The staff made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as it is within their power to do. The food was delicious and worth the price. The pool is enjoyable and the ocean views and nice, however the beach there is not best for swimming.

Place astetics look beautiful on the internet , internet sucks , do not rely on the internet services if you have work related task .Towel service is limited . overall the property is ok, not what i was accustome to. Not much activity being a caribbean Island.

I liked the location. Very old, but clean. Only get 1 key for room, no do not disturb signs for door, they entered our room several times daily. Food was average, but was avaiable . Didnt like that meals were only avaiable during certain hours. The food staff were so unfriendly, but once i met the chef he was very accommodating to special dietary needs.Bar was nice but for 3 days had no beer on tap. No one at front desk to check out, so had to just leave keys. . Nice, but very old and average. Ocean view from Our room was breath taking.

What was advertised, was not what we received. Also , the staff are rude and not customer oriented. First day stay for breakfast, ordered eggs and never received it. During the time for dinner , the seating was limiting and the food options were almost the same as all the days . On Christmas day , they run out of food and told us we have to wait one hour and a half. The eating tools were not washed properly and the rooms were not cleaned properly. There was no planning , communication and lacking of customer service. I would not be going back there and would not recommend to anyone.

Lovely location and pool areas. Definitely worth getting a room with sea view, which we had. Breakfast buffet was good, though it could do with a few more ‘cold’ options like yogurt and muesli. Evening dinner buffet also good with a mix of local dishes and some generic pasta dishes. On the whole staff were efficient and attentive, though some were a little brisk and u smiling. Overall a lovely week, I’d recommend this place to others.

I love that the property is safe and walkable when on a solo vacation. The location is excellent. I enjoy the staff, bar, pool, and restaurant facilities. The hot breakfasts are very good. One thing that can be improved are small touches in the rooms such as tissue boxes, luggage racks, replacement of any elements that are sagging (i.e. vanity countertop). This was my second tay, and I will certainly stay here again.

The rooms were pleasant, however there were no washcloths in the bathroom; there were no hooks in the bathroom for robes, shower caps, towels, etc; there were not enough sockets located in convenient areas of the room. The food selections available for Breakfast were not rotated often, and there were no yogurts; there were no croissants or pastries. If you arrived for breakfast with approx 30 mins of the service left and the options were finished, they were not replenished and you received the shrugged shoulder!! The Front Office were excellent. All questions asked were comprehensively answered, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our grateful thanks to Kizzy at the Front Office.

Good location, walking distance to the airport, Store Bay beach, restaurants, bars and mini marts. Clean and comfortable rooms, provided with good AC and a mini fridge. The pool and bar area is really quiet and relaxing. And the breakfast options are varied and delicious. Only thing, I wasn't made aware of a dinner dresscode. I wasn't all inclusive anyway so we went elsewhere for food but not sure if those that stay as an all inclusive are pre-warned about that. We would have had a meal at the restaurant if we knew. Would recommend and would stay again. Really nice hotel.

The Staff was nice; I feel the pool should have been clean from the debris, wish the food had more options the same fish which was not to my liking; the food was never hot I continue ask my server to warm up my food at meal time. I hated that I couldn't take my food to my room because I travel solo so I was dining a lone. To be an all inclusive resort the drinks are limited so don't be trick. I will say my room was clean and comfortable..

I've been to Tropikist multiple times, and the standard has dropped. The service was much slower compared to previous times. We put in an order for our eggs which took quite a while, we had already finished breakfast and the eggs weren't delivered yet. The jacuzzi was dirty and the pool needs to be cleaned more than 1 time per day because of the trees around it.

I have stayed here several times throughout the years. The hotel, the service, the staff, and food all good. I do have a suggestion though on the hotel color. Please paint the hotel back to the yellow color or another vibrant color, it’s what attracted me in choosing this hotel many years ago because it stood out from the rest. Thank you.

My niece, her husband, me, and my husband planned a vacation to Tobago after 13 years of visiting T'dad. We were looking forward to some downtime in Tobago after spending time with families before returning to Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. When we went to the hotel we encountered a bit of a mishap with our room as we booked 2 rooms with king-size beds. My niece was happy with the 2 queen-size beds as their room was large. Unfortunately, after waiting we too got our room but a queen-size bed. After talking with the manager Malaika Taylor and her staff Crishal, Malaika was able to get us in a larger room with a king-size bed and upgraded our stay. The staff was excellent, the food was amazing, entertainment on Saturday night was amazing. The pan player was great. I would definitely stay at the Tropikis again. We even forgot to leave the key at the front desk when we checked out and Malaika made arrangements to pick it up at security at the airport afterwards. The ppl in Tobago are very kind and helpful, including the security at the airport. Thanks guys! Dave and Marilyn.
