The hotel itself is not bad, overall nice rooms. The location is somewhat sketchy, and pictures of the exterior are a bit deceiving.
The staff working there is very hit or miss, some friendly, others rude, but overall I'd say all pretty clueless...
On here it states that check-in is at noon, so I arranged transportation and arrived just about noon expecting to check-in and head out to explore the city. I show up at the desk asking to check-in and the person there just looks at me with this puzzled dumb look on his face saying "check-in is at 3PM". I'm standing there with all my luggage thinking maybe I screwed up and misread the hotel itinerary. So I ask if there's anything that he could do, if I could check in early? He just says no and that's that. So I was then forced to walk out and sit out front with all my bags for 3 hours waiting for check-in time effectively running plans for my entire afternoon...
Also, I paid extra for the Full Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Next day after check-in I asked a (different individual) about it since no one mentioned anything, to which I was told 'the kitchen is broken'. Yes, those exact words came out of this person's mouth with this totally dumb look on his face. No, this wasn't a language barrier type of deal, there wasn't any confusion about what I asked, he was very clear... Confused, I asked him, "what do you mean the kitchen is broken?" To which I get told that there's no food available. No refund was offered and said nothing cou
