It was so convenient and the property was kept in really good condition. Good as new. In a great residential complex with a gym and a supermarket on site. The studio was perfect. Well insulated from outdoor noise.

Our stay at the Room apartment was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, close to everything. This place is great for families and adults. Definitely we are choosing this place for our next trip to tirana.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. You can walk to many restaurants and cafes nearby. They can help you arrange any transportation as well. The room was clean and the air conditioner was great. They also have great blackout curtains for sleeping

I booked this place for my parents and my my aunt, three elderly people who are not easy to please and they LOVED every minute at this place. On top of that my contact for everything related to their stay here, Jorida is a gem. Incredibly helpful, one of those who go above and beyond to do her job well. Very satisfied.

Really nice place with very modern facilities and access to a great gym too. Apple tv and netflix was a great touch. I was there for business and it was ideal.

Very interesting stay in Albania
We chose to stay in Tirrana to celebrate my special birthday and we stayed at The Rooms for our four-night stay. The hotel is lovely, very clean and the staff were especially welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and varied with freshly squeezed orange juice prepared for us and omelettes with whatever filling we requested. The only downside was that there was no air-conditioning and the hotel is set at 24 degrees throughout. Way too warm especially as the temperature outside was in the mid-20's while we were there. We had a room overlooking the front of the hotel, right outside an extremely busy road so if we chose to open our window at night we had constant exhaust fumes, car horns and noise for most of the night. As this hotel was only built a few years ago I think it was a real error not to have installed air-conditioning at the time of building. One tip would be to request a room overlooking the back of the hotel which would be much quieter

Excellent stay
Amazing and spacious room, can enjoy swimming and gym next door, reasonably priced room service menu, wonderful breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. Overall, it has a tasteful design, and love the TV box for entertainment. The staff speaks great English and very friendly.

Lovely contemporary design hotel
Staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke very good English. The free spa package is a great addition, as the facilities are lovely. The rooms are very minimalist and high-tech in design, and everything worked very well.

Lovely modern city stay
Lovely clean and modern hotel. Everything you need and more - iPad and Netflix in room and extensive buffet breakfast. Friendly service and even has a swimming pool and gym! Highly recommended. Lots of restaurants / bars nearby and right next to the lake.

Modern high spec hotel slightly out of town
We stayed at this hotel for one night and the room was clean and comfortable with high spec modern furnishings and ensuite. In addition, it also had an iPad in the room, Apple TV and free NetFlix as well as standard TV channels. The hotel is located a good 30 minute walk to the main square but only 5 minutes to the artificial lake and park which is good for a stroll. The breakfast was a traditional style buffet with a good selection including cereal, yoghurt, egg, feta cheese, tomato, bread, fruit, home-made cakes and omelettes made to order. The staff spoke excellent English. If we were to return we would definitely consider staying here again but may choose somewhere closer to the centre.

Great hotel
Hotel is not easy to find was my main gripe but that is really out of the hotels control however a better explanation could help to get there more easily as even the taxi driver was lost and so dropped me near the lake. I called them from a nearby shop as totally lost based on the hotel directions and address. I rang them and they sent a driver to find me at no extra cost. The driver was very helpful insisting to carry my bag and the lady on reception was very helpful and couldn't do enough to assist during my stay. The room facilities were brilliant including I pad and net flix. The 2 hours per day in the spa was excellent and very relaxing. Breakfast could have been a little better as not much of a meat variety but the eggs were good and every thing laid out was tasty and the office was good. Pure orange juice also a bonus. Bit of a track to the centre but near the lake and park which were nice. Room was very comfortable and little noise. I can be a little fussy when a hotel claims four stars but this was worthy of it and the staff merit this rating. I have travelled to over 60 countries and this is one of the best hotels I have encountered. I don't normally bother with reviews but given the good service and it was genuine not a fake service which I have experienced. They even extended the checkout time by one hour offered to print my boarding pass and let me stay after I checked our. The lady asked if their was anything I would like to watch and let me charge my phone.

Great design in the hotel. Modern and chic. Love it. Hotel staff is really welcoming, always greet you with a big smile. The biggest highlight is the access to the fitness center. Big gym, swimming pool, sauna, spa! Really relaxing. Highly recommended.

Way beyond expectations!
From the first moment you arrive until the last the staff at The Rooms go out of their way to make sure you are happy. I cannot express how grateful I am for them! From helping me park after a very late and troubled arrival to packing me an unexpected lunch for my trip home, these guys and ladies are top! The hotel itself is lovely, modern and clean. Amazing breakfast cooked to order in a relaxing and intimate room with a view of the city below. The other huge plus is use of the wellness center. Awesome experience!

Super hotel, but bear in mind it is unique. Based in sort-of apartment block with busy fitness centre next door which means sometimes it can be noisy but not to much

The hotel was great and the fitness center 2 hour pass was a great benefit for us. The rooms were very clean and clean towels/sheets everyday. Very comfortable bed and was great for relaxing at the end of the day. Just a few problems during the stay: had to wait about 15 min for the receptionists to return (only happened once), and the elevator was out once. Overall though everything was great and the breakfast had a good selection with a chef who would make eggs and fresh orange juice.

Hip hotel in Tirana with great service
Excellent hotel within walking distant to most sights in Tirana. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice with a comfortable bed and hip style. I'd stay here again!

I think price of hotel is overpriced compare to other country. Peple get paid 200 euro per month just dmall room 120 euro per day is simply too expensive for this hotel in Albania

Beautiful Spa Hotel!
We stayed at The Rooms for 2 nights prior to going on a tour of Albania and Kosovo. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment that was clean and comfortable. The washing machine in the apartment was an added bonus as we are travelling so were able to do some laundry. All of the reception staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. The breakfast was great and the hostess took fantastic care of us! We also dined at their restaurant for dinner where the food and service were top notch. We are excited to return to The Rooms at the end of our tour.
