This is not the worst hotel for sure In Tirana I guess but certainly is not the best one. There is mosquitoes in the room and almost ate me that night ! Meanwhile one of the staffs in the evening was really rude , asking me to have my passport to keep in reception and said it is local policy! I asked local friends they never heard about this and they told me the staff is just being racist and think I am a drug dealer ! He is also very rude to my friend greeting me in the reception like a police but not a receptionist! When I check out , another receptionist keep questioning me if I used any thing in the min bar and go back to account the wines and beers! It is amazing to see how unprofessional and unfriendly they are ! So far my worst experience in Albania! It seems too many new hotels open but people in the industry are not ready for international tourism and a lot of education need to carry on here about common sense and treat everyone equally!

Lovely hotel, modern rooms and facilities, comfortable. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, that made the difference in my stay. Good selection of choice for breakfast. I would definitely stay again if I visited the country.

The location is on a busy street, convenient for restaurants, shopping and walking around, but not if you aim for quiet and rest. The hotel is at the top of a tall, partly business building. The spacious and comfortable room but no balcony or daily curtains. Clean. Limited choices for breakfast but nice food. Very pleasant staff at the reception and in the restaurant.

The receptionist were very efficient and the rooms is very comfy. I had to extend for one more night and they were very friendly and helped with the process. The hotel is only accessible via elevator (lobby being on the 10th floor) and the breakfast area as well as the room I stayed at, had a view overlooking Tirana

Very Good Hotel in Great Location
Pleasant and helpful staff made for an enjoyable stay. Great location in walking distance to everything in the center of Tirana. Cozy but tastefully elegant room with quality furnishings and a nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good and had a nice variety. My girlfriend thought the bed was a bit firm but I slept well every night. Would stay here again.

Definitely good for Price/Performance
The hotel is located on the 10th floor of the building and the parking is on basement. Car parking is a private place but don’t be afraid at the beginning it is free for hotel guests during their stay. The location is awesome so you are at the heart of city centre. Overall the experience was great so you got a nice city view, a new and very clean room with nice and quality equipments. Just the breakfast could be better but it was still good. Both receptionist guys are extremely helpful and friendly people. Finally you have access to gym so if you are gym lover like me this hotel fits to you.

Everything was as advertised. Great location for exploring central Tirana. Clean functional room, including bathroom. Parking was interesting in that a car elevator is used and you stay with the car for the elevator ride (not something seen in the US). I’d also recommend that if you have anything more that a compact sedan, you should check in advance as to parking availability. Breakfast buffet with the room was average, but I did not go away hungry.

A veritable gem.
Tucked away on the tenth floor of a large building this boutique hotel is outstanding in e very respect. Spotlessly clean, we had a well appointed and comfortable room that was quiet although the building is on a busy shopping street full of cafè-bars and eateries. It is within easy walking distance of the main sights in Tirana.

Super quiet, comfortable hotel
Rooms are full of leather and wood and fabrics that help to absorb sounds. Great views of the city. Wide variety of options for breakfast. Staff will put together a take-away breakfast if you have to check out early. Great location. Parking underground. Close to shopping and food. To enter the hotel, walk through the wide passageway between shops and head to the back store. On the left you will see an elevator for the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Zu empfehlen für einen Städte-Sightseeing-Trip
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalte für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Ein Parkplatz bei dieser Lage des Hotels zu haben ist gold wert! Die Lage war einzigartig toll, fußläufig alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichbar und in unmittelbarer Umgebung viele Restaurants und Cafes. Das Zimmer war sauber, etwas staubig. Aber bei der Luftqualität in Tirana muss man damit einfach leben. Das Frühstück war schlicht aber lecker und ausreichend für einen guten Start in den Tag! Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würden wir wiederkehren!

Small room. Seems smaller than what's stated. Almost no space for luggage and other stuff. Poor breakfast. Dry cheese, dry bread, dry vegetables... Seems like the same food keeps going in an out. We were promised a breakfast bag for the last morning, because of early check out. But nothing was prepared and we had to leave without it. No warm water for hand wash. In the shower there was warm water after some waiting time. The room was clean. Location is excellent.
