This was a comparatively small hotel which specialised in attention to detail - care at the reception, cleaning of the room, and of course the wonderfully presented buffets for breakfast and dinner. Its setting was idyllic - to draw back the curtains to watch sun rise over the Sea of Galilee was a special moment, and to have views up and down the Lake, and having a lovely cove to swim in, was equally memorable. I was there for three days, deliberately having some time on my own in an area I knew quite well, and I enjoyed every minute of it. In a hotel which seemed so busy I had no problem in finding my own peace and quiet.

We had reserved 4 rooms checking in Sat, leaving Sunday morning. Because of the Jewish Shabbat, they allow very late check outs for religious reasons on Saturday. Therefore 3 of our rooms were not available until 5pm and one wasn’t available until after 7pm. That was unacceptable to us. Also, they had no decent wines or mixed cocktails. Pool area is beautiful but service lacking.

Nothing but praise for this gem on the Sea of Galilee. Excellent restaurants close by. Beautiful rooms and property. Fabulous breakfast. Perfect for our stay while touring northern Israel.

Fantastic hotel let down by miserable staff
We loved the location and the modern stylish room and facilities including a delicious breakfast buffet which is excellent for vegetarians. Unfortunately, the staff are at best disinterested bordering on abrupt. Also, it is a little mean not to offer complimentary water on a daily basis when we are spending over $300 per night. This hotel could be magnificent if only the staff were more attentive which incidentally they were on our final morning once the manager was around!

I had very nice experience in hotel, but did bother me came in all exhausted with packages didn't see any wagon to carry the luggage . And wasn't offered the help. While him seeing me dragging everything by hand. Going home other guy by counter he did offer was much nicer

The property is beautiful, quite restful and the staff absolutely lovely. We enjoyed dining by the pool as well as being able to walk to several excellent restaurants. Parking was super easy. I had booked the hotel since it had a beach on the lake and a great pool. But during our stay the lake was closed to swimming, and the pool was closed during the weekday (no lifeguard). The hotel gave us a nicer room for our stay, which definitely eased the disappointment.

The resort sits right on the Kineret and is beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfasts are phenomenal - we didn't even realize that they had already changed to a Passover menu. The only negative is that the pool and beach are open only from 10 - 5. Not convenient for people who want an early morning or evening swim.

The best hotel I have visited in Israel ! The service is amazing, the breakfast is a big wow! The view, the beach which belongs to the hotel. Really worth the price. Just a look in the pictures can tell you enough 😄 we will visit again for sure.

Enjoyed very much, the pool is huge and comfy, breakfast and dinner has a big variety for different tastes and very delicious, nice and very spacious room with lake view balcony, it was excellent. The dessert cakes are better to avoid, does not fit to a hotel like this. The music was loud outside till late night, but the staff was kind and turned it off the moment we asked for their help. Thank you! It was a bit weird to lay on the bed at the pool and meanwhile they cut the grass around us, but well, I understand the grass needs to be cut, and the hotel always have guests, so nevermind, we could bear this.

I highly recommend this property. The location is perfect. The staff, was very accommodating and very friendly. I found the U Kinneret Boutique room to be spacious, beautiful and extremely clean. The infinity pool and grounds are spectacular and well maintained. The buffet breakfast offered a tremendous variety of choices. I look forward to returning to this hotel real soon.
