Excellent location, a few blocks down the hill to the center of town and the beach. The property though doesn't feel like it's in the middle of town. Staff were friendly and excellent!

Great place owners need some customer service help
Washington is amazing at front desk and the breakfast crew were great too. Owners could spend more time fixing up the place with fresh paint or getting rid of the ant problem around the pool instead of micromanaging things like reorganizing a cheese tray. Oh and a hello/smile to their guests wouldn’t hurt either

Great unique stay
My stay here was excellent and it started off with Washinton who made my stay mist welcome. He told me if theres anything I need not to hesitate. He went above and beyond my expectations. I actually tbink he should be owner of the Pousada as i saw the owners who are gay and im a gay male myself barely even acknowledge their guests. I thougt this was rude. I dont need a lot of attention but at least a "bom dia" even the cleaning ladies in passing looked you in the eye and said "bom dia". The breakfast was amazing! Especially the tall guy and girl who worked the omlete station. In the main building everything worked great! I had to move to a chalet last day where i had roaches and big ones and also things broken in shower. All in all a great stay and woukd stay again because of the staff and not the owners. Owner please bw nicer to your guests and workers and a smile doesnt hurt either.

everything was great except the receptionist
we went as a couple for 4 nights and had a wonderful time there until a receptionist named Washington slipped a paper with his phone number to my wife hands while I was checking out. Hiring such a disrespectful person to such a great pousada is extremely unfortunate and they should fire him as soon as possible.

Our employee Washington, who has been with us for almost 3 years, often gives our guests a phone number for the local excursion office and then adds his own name so that when guests book an excursion in the excursion office, the office knows which employee sent the guests. A place in Pipa
Very nice property. It's off the main street but a short walk to the beach and action. Good breakfast. Has a nice common area and places to relax.

Good stay
Excellent hotel: beautiful, colorful, creative design on the common areas and a great use of the space and good, healthy breakfast. The suite was beautiful, roomy with a large balcony, the bed was king size, comfortable and romantic. Overall, a good stay. My only complains are that the hotel is not too close to the beach, and best beaches in the area are not the beach close to the hotel: Baia dos Golfinhos is a 30 minute walk (it's only accessible by foot) and Praia do Madero (we had to take a van there). However, the hotel is close to most of the places you'd want to go at night: downtown and a lot of fantastic shops, restaurants and bars. Also, the TV went off sometimes and the hot water in the shower wasn't a constant. Later at night, we only got tepid water. BUT, overall, the hotel was really fantastic and Pipa was great.

Excelente estadia. Pousada confortável.
Ótima pousada. Bem localizada, próximo ao centro de Pipa. Funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã é farto e delicioso. Me hospedei no chalé 01. Era um chalé espaçoso, confortável, porém necessita de mais atenção na manutenção, porém nada que desabone a estadia. Um ponto desconfortável é em relação a cama. Não era uma cama de casal propriamente dita, mas sim duas camas de solteiro juntas, o que tornou desconfortável.

O Hotel é bom, tem estacionamento e fica próximo da rua central de Pipa, permitindo ir caminhando. A equipe é atenciosa, todavia, o café da manhã necessita de um melhor gerenciamento, os produtos faltam e não são repostos. Esqueci de comentar com a equipe que o ar condicionado não estava resfriando adequadamente.

La posada es hermosa por sus jardines piletas y restaurante. Los tragos son buenísimos y muy agradables las zonas comunes. La habitación demasiado pequeña, se escuchaban ruidos de la calle, el baño era muy pequeño y no tenían buen wifi. Tuvimos un inconveniente: nuestros vecinos de cuarto con otras personas (6 en total) se quedaron en el balcón continuo a nuestra habitación hasta las 4 de la mañana hablando fuerte, riendo y con música. Pedimos varias veces al personal y no hicieron nada. Esa noche no dormimos y perdimos un día de vacaciones. Al otro día los mudaron de cuarto. El desayuno variado pero no bueno, huevos secos, tapioca no rica. El aire acondicionado a veces hacía mucho ruido.

Chegamos em cima da hora, só tinha um quarto e este tinha cama de casal, mas contratei 2 de solteiro. O funcionário está só, mas conseguiu arrumar o quarto pra 2 camas como informei. Atendimento maravilhoso, café excelente, estrutura ótima para vereneio

Quarto sem água quente para banho. Café da manhã irrisório e mal organizado. Após reclamação problema com a água não se resolveu. Internet muito fraca, importunação durante o checkout (12h acaba a estadia, 12h1m batem à porta do quarto indicando tolerância zero neste quesito).

Lugar lindo, de uma energia incrível, a varanda do quarto, sem explicaçao. Funcionários atenciosos, precisei fazer o check-in antes do horário e o menino da recepção foi demais, um amor. A comida deliciosa, o café da manhã é incrível. A decoração é linda demais! Não vejo a hora de voltar.

Hotel razoável
O hotel é bem aconchegante, os funcionarios estao sempre dispostos a ajudar, o café da manha é legal. Os pontos negativos: 1 - Não colocaram uma cama de casal e sim duas de solteiro uma ao lado da outra, o que gerou um desconforto pra nós. 2 - O ar condicionado não gela e caiu água, molhando tudo que estava embaixo. 3 - No quesito manutenção deixou muito a desejar: Vidro da janela do banheiro quebrada, objetos espalhados pelo hotel necessitando pintura / manutenção 4 - Ainda no banheito, parede do chuveiro faltando azulejo e com muito lodo.

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto super limpo, e quando entramos o mesmo já estava geladinho. Funcionários incríveis, sempre a disposição, e ajudam com todas as informações que precise. Hotel muito bom com ótima localização, super perto do centro. Poderiam melhorar a cama de casal, pois eram duas de solteiro juntas. Uma informação importante é que o quarto é em conceito aberto, então se não fechar o chuveiro direito você escuta ele pingar. O café da manhã era EXCELENTE! Ficamos 3 noites e todos os dias tinham coisas diferentes para comer.

Já é a quarta vez q me hospedo no hotel, e sempre gostei muito! Mas dessa vez me decepcionei bastante com o descaso das areas comuns do hotel… moveis da piscina e do cafofo/biblioteca todos velhos, almofadas sujas e rasgadas.. quartos continuam limpos e agradaveis! Café da manha muito bom! Mas esse descaso com as areas comuns deram uma impressão muito ruim dessa vez..
