The pool and spa are good. In the family room curtain was torn. The screen door was broken. The room smelt. The keetle was diry boiled water tasted yuk. The biscuits were off. The tea bags were yuk. Towels provided were worn out almost ready to have a rip, very thin and not fluffy. For $300 a night for a family these things can be improved.

I liked the king bed , room needs a good revamp , didnt need the 2nd bed in there as it was useless , the balcony out back was dirty thelight fitting out there not clean at all , the pool was nice again i just feel the whole place needs a good revamp , the breakfast area was a small kithenette with frozen bread on offer and a few cereals , we went out for breakfast, wouldnt stay here again , it looked better in photos , my husband was very disappointed as he thought he was taking me somewhere special for my birthday.

Room was dirty and zero attention to detail there was bottle caps left in cupboards, a manky toothpaste cup left in a cupboard in the bathroom. The property was unkept with lawn not mowed and random rubbish left around the area such as building supplies. i would not recommend you stay here!

Was hesitant to stay because of the negative reviews but everything was great, looks recently renovated with new owners. Will definitely be staying next time I’m working down there.

Very friendly staff. Property is older but very well maintained and clean. And the slide in the pool was a big plus for the kids.

Competively priced, clean motel a walk away from The Entrance CBD. Pool facilities are good. Not enough car parks in the front section of the motel which means some visitors have to park in “odd” spots.

We booked the property for the spa use but it was cold and hardly any pressure. The room requires more work on the ceiling and cornices as they are cracking. Otherwise a good located motel.

The motel was the first stop on our 18 day holiday As such it was just a stopover before continuing our journey It was easy to find - not far from the shopping centre for food. Compared to the other 16 motels we were to stay in it comparable in price, standard of the room and adequate in all things necessary with the staff being very pleasant when we were leaving in the morning

This accommodation was quite comfortable. It is a little older than some not too far away, but the price reflected this and it was very clean. The staff were most welcoming.

The pool was very murkey, it would be very un-hygenic to swim in. The freezer in the fridge was totally frozen over, on request, this was attended to immediately. The fridge in kitchen facilities was dirty with split milk and orange juice. The laundry washing facilities was only open in the middle of the day when we were out sight seeing. The gardens to the kitchen area was very untidy. The outside of rooms looked appalling with clothing and towels . The tables and chairs were dirty, cracked and shabby, let alone folks smoking there. I would have expected daily bed making service as is normal with motels. Sonia was absolutely outstanding, looking after us with kindness and professionalism. Sonia is your greatest asset and I believe she could upgrade your motel to a much higher standard if given the opportunity. Her courtesy and management skills were outstanding.

Hi there Maggie. Thanks for your review. We test our pool daily and use chemicals to stabilize and clean. During your stay, we had staff administer chemicals daily and explained to guests who were excitedly waiting for the pool, to please be patient as cleanliness and safety are very important for pool health and safety. We do have a shared guest kitchen with free drinks, cereals, breads, condiments etc for guests to share. Each morning the kitchen is tidied and there are signs up for guests to please clean up as they use, wash up as they use and put away plates/cutlery, and also to wear masks and use the hand sanitizers provided. Unfortunately, sometimes guests do not respect the rules. We do apologize and it has been brought to our attention by staff that some elements of the rooms were being missed in your stay yes including defrosting was behind, which as you mentioned was done immediately, but clearly was a mistake and we are sorry. The motel is slowly being renovated and we hope to continue to include more modern furnishings. We appreciate your review and it will be passed on to management to assess. We are glad Sonya tended to you well, we do count her as a reliable asset to Sapphire

HI Nicolas we sre sorry to hear that the bathroom was not as clean as you felt it should be. We are having new cleaners and hope they can be meeting expectations. We do use heavy cleaning products for safest hygeine possible. I will discuss with cleaners more bathroom focus in cleaning and air out room longer to remove cleaning smell. We are glad to hear the beds were great Sapphire
