Excellent customer service
This property is new, fresh and convenient at the centre of the city. All the staffs are very cordial and welcoming. One of the best stay in recent times. Breakfast spread could have been little better although it covers all fundamentals. I must Thank and appreciate the helpful nature of Mr. Chung. He is a superb guy with all the time smiles on his face and extending his cooperation. Mr. Minh is also very helpful in nature. Will come back surely.

タイビンに出張の時には、こちらのセレジェンドホテルをいつも利用させて頂いています。 タイビンでいくつかのホテルを利用してますが 総合的にここのホテルが1番いいと思います。 特にこの地区でホテルのフロントに日本語が出来るスタッフはここしかいないと思います。 Hoamg Dinh Trongさんが片言の日本語では ありますが、色々と親身になって助けてくれます。近くの美味しいレストランを教えてくれたり 車で2〜3分のスーパマーケットを教えてくれて 行きのタクシーを手配してくれます。こないだは 帰りのタクシーの心配までしてくれて、もし 困ったらホテルに電話して下さいって言って 下さいました。いつも、ありがとうございます。 今後も利用しますのでよろしくお願いいたします。

総合的に満足できる、レベル
新しい施設だと思いますので、とても綺麗です。出張で利用してるので10泊くらいの連泊が多いのですが、朝食のブュッフェの品数が少ないのが残念感がありますが、フォーは美味しいです。フロントの男性に片言ですが日本語が出来る人がいて、心強いです。常宿になると思うのでこれからも宜しくお願いします。

도시 규모에 비하면 괜찮은 수준. 호텔수 닷컴과 연동이 좀 안되어 있어서 가격 부분에 있어 의문아 드는점이 있다. 조식의 경우 매우 부실하여 좀 실망스러웠으나 나머지는 괜찮았다.
