Enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay, the service was excellent and the hotel was very clean. We would also recommend their restaurant , the food was lovely.

Great accommodation
Excellent stay with well run and very clean rooms and public areas. Dinner was taken in the Indian restaurant that forms part of the hotel and it too was excellent.

Our stay was lovely, they could not do enough for us at the hotel. The restaurant next door a bonus food and service very good.

Great value
Room was spotlessly clean, towels could do with being a little thicker and a hairdryer in the room (instead of available at reception) would make life a little easier. Will definitely stay again.

Friendless and comfort

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful & friendly. Tan & the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely, the room clean & tidy. Also the Raj Indian restaurant attached to the hotel is fabulous. Definitely stay again.

No Compassion. Disgusting people
I booked this hotel for Friday 12th Aug. On Weds 10th Aug there was a fatal traffic incident including members of my family. As next of kin, I sat by a 5-yr olds bedside in hospital for two days while she was intensive care. I phoned the hotel to request a refund on compassionate grounds. I phoned on Thursday. A day before the booking. They said no. Even after referring it to the owners, the owners declined a refund citing 'company policy'. We also had a Chatsworth Hotel booked in Hastings for Thursday night and they gave us a refund without any question I ask you not to book this money grabbing hotel with no heart!

Very basic, small room ok for overnight but no longer. Shower leaking when informed said they knew! So had wet slippery floor for duration of 2 day stay. Key card problems. Just no attention to details. Shame overall as could be quite nice.

A very impressive hotel - spotless and immaculate inside, fantastic service and wonderful rooms at great value rates! The fact that it has an onsite Indian restaurant meant that I didn't need to drive into the town to find somewhere to eat and the food and service at the restaurant was fantastic too. All in all a definite 10 out of 10 stay and will definitely return when back in the area for work.
