Great location. A minute walk from the beautiful beaches of Tel Aviv. The lobby and the staff are very nice. The front desk helped me to check in fast. The room are nice and cozy. Complimentary breakfast is also good. Location, location, location is great!!!

The Hotel overall was ok as I was travelling by myself. Being a boutique hotel, the rooms were small, no water bottles provided or a box of Kleenex. Being a Brown Hotel, I thought it would be some what upscale. Looks like they need renovations to the reception area and clean the carpets in the elevator. I would give it a 3 out of 5. Also, not convenient location on Hayarkon.

I had the worst experience. I do not recommend this place at all. The rooms are small nothing like the pictures. Very dark rooms, without any view.

Friendly Hotel in a good beach area
The Brown Seaside hotel is well located im Tel Aviv beach area has good facilities Breakfast is good and staff is very friendly and heplfull It was a good stay !

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't ask for a better Tel Aviv reasonably-priced beach location. The hallway and stairway carpeting are dark, and the stairways dimly lit; not a good combination. The entry-key app is somewhat buggy.

Great location, even when the rooms are small they are very clean and confortable. The only little thing was the receptionist at the check in was not the most helpful. Everything else and the rest of the staff amazing! Strongly recommend.

The rooms are modern with unique designs on the ceiling, bed and in the lobby. The queen bed was very comfortable. The room is a good size. The staff are friendly and attentive. The location is great, close walk to Gordon beach and Dizengoff Street. Lovely stay!

The reception was very polite, employees also very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the location very close to the beach. The cleaning service was not good for a long stay (1 day they forgot to clean) also air condition had a problem in our last day stay. Nevertheless, the reception gave as an option to change the room which I consider was polite.

Good location, decent hotel
Perfectly comfy hotel right across from Gordon Beach. Bed and pillows are nice avd the front desk team is awesome. The air con broke during our stay but it was fixed relatively quickly. Overall, a good stay.

PROS: The outside of the hotel and lobby are very nice. Check in was fast and front desk personnel were amicable. My room was big, clean and bed very comfortable. Free coffee all day. Location CONS: I booked partial sea view, I was given room 108. Yes I saw the ocean, but I basically had to break my neck in order to see it. (Other hotels with partial view, I didn’t have to do that, so that’s why I booked it. I do not recommended paying extra for partial sea view cause it’s not worthy it. I told front desk and they said that the description was listed before choosing the room.. but I did not see that or pictures of how the “partial” sea view looks. Breakfasts, looked great and many options but unfortunately I didn’t know what the food were most of the times because there was no name or description. (Because of allergy reason, I was afraid to eat something in case it contains some type of food that I’m allergic to) For the price I paid I expected better room view. If I ever stay here again, I’ll do front sea view or stay somewhere else.
