Peaceful and a Comfortable Stay.
We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The place is in a quiet little lane off the main streets so very peaceful. A 3 minute walk to the Carmel markets . Our host was quick to answer all our phone calls and booked a taxi for us when leaving. The bed and furnishings were all very comfortable and everything was very clean inside . A kettle, microwave and mini fridge were provided . We would stay there again if visiting Tel Aviv

Nice room. Booking issue.
We booked a room with 2 queen beds, but when we arrived, we had just 1 queen bed. Upon calling, we were told the room with 2 queens beds was full. He was able to switch us to a room with a queen and a single, which worked, but I’m not sure how this happened. Also, there was no street parking open, so it would be good to note on the listing that public pay parking is just a block away.

Unbeatable location!
What a location - right next to Carmel Market, 5 minutes walk to the beachfront. B House is like staying in a friend's spare room - albeit a large and well equipped one, with your own coffee maker. Some instructions for the coffee machine would have been useful. It was nice to have the guests' terrace to have an evening drink on (get your own beers and keep them in the fridge in your room.) The shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water. The room was cleaned every day. I wear ear plugs due to my partner's snoring so I didn't hear a thing but apparently it can be a bit noisy at night due to people passing by plus air traffic. However, all in all we really enjoyed our stay here.

Location Location right by Carmel market. Walked all over. Didnt take public transp nor taxi. Walking distance to Everywhere. Couple blocks to the waterfront. To great restsurants and bars. At all times. Never felt unsafe even when going through the market area late at night. There wont be people walking around by this location but it is a regular live in neighborhood. Loved TLV.

This was the cheapest private room I found in Tel Aviv and you get what you pay for. The room is very dark and humid so I was quite cold at night and didn't have a good night sleep. The check in is pretty easy and I have a feeling I got the worst room of the place so you might have a better experience staying on one of the rooms upstairs that are a bit more expensive.

thank you for your booking and for your stay. Yes. you asked for the cheapest room to stay in which is in the lower floor. We do have heating system (and a/c with heating), too bad you did not ask us or use it while you were cold. I hope that we will improve it next time when you will come again. and thank you for the 4 stars rating.

Lots of good things about this place but be warned, if you're looking for a place to stay with lots of service and public space, this isn't it. The manager offers a fair bit of information, and is generally readily contactable by WhatsApp, but isn't generally on-site to sort out any problems. Large clean room with direct access from the street (the other 3 rooms share an entrance from the street I think). Room was well-equipped (only thing missing was a high-level hook to hang the shower head at above head level for a proper shower) and scrupulously cleaned just before my arrival. Though I'd had a little trouble getting in touch with the manager to confirm my imminent arrival. Area good, though not one with many hotels - about 3 blocks from sea front, and very close to Carmel Market with several bars and restaurants close by (those these are not open on Friday evenings and Saturdays). It's not far to Allenby St with a bigger choice of eating and drinking options. Also near to many sights.

Very nice rooms in central Tel Aviv, well equipped and large enough for three persons. Uncomplicated and perfectly organized check-in and very friendly and helpful staff (although I met them only digitally). Definitely a good choice to discover Tel Aviv.

Bathroom smelt like urine. Not very clean. Dishes dirty. Windows not cleaned in a decade. Sheets very old and as if picked up at local donations drop off.

Good apartment close to the beach
Great apartment near to Carmel Market, but not noisy and only a minute walk to the beach which is perfect for sunrise and sunset. Yiftach was very welcoming and helpful .

Small hotel near Carmel m arket
The room was fairly large it was on the main floor of an older building. It was poorly lit and very damp. I could not figure out what made it feel so damp inside. There is no desk so have to call a number if you want to communicate with management. I went to make coffee and it was filled with sludge yuck. The first night I slept there the sheets were soaking wet as was the mattress cover apparently they had been washed but not completely dried.

Reasonable Price Alternative in Tel Aviv
It's OK if you need a (relatively) low cost alternative in Tel Aviv. As we did not spent too much time in the room, it was OK. our room had a nice balcony and location is very close to the market, but for the rest either you need to walk or take a closeby bus. Bathroom certainly needs some refurbishment but this applies to all hotels in Tel Aviv regardless of how many stars they have. if you have any physical difficulties, be aware you need to walk up narrow stairs. The location might look a bit shady for the people from Europe but it's certainly safe even late night.

I had an excellent experience at B House. The room was big, clean and modern. The location is perfect, next to the beach and in the center of Tel Aviv. Great value for money. I would book at this hotel again.

great host - best location by the beach
this is a small apart-hotel with 4 rooms, shared terrace and private terrace to one of the room. the location is just in the canter and the value per price is the great for tel aviv. for a short or long stay you must know in tel aviv most rooms are very small (10-15 SM) and here it is more then double. I visit a lot in tel aviv and recommend this place to stay in. hosts always available by whatsapp for you and can come quickly in any matter.

Hi, i stayed at B house at July 17 and before at my last visit to Tel aviv last year. First: service - stuff is very friendly - i checked in and the owner itself called to check if i need anything. I joined B house whats'sup group and got updates on bars, restaurants, and a must see historic sites and popular places as clubs, bars and much more.. room itself - i stayed in single room - very clean, big space, very comfortable bed,connected door to shower, fresh linen and towels and large balcony.. location - center of city - 24/7 grocery stores, coffee shops and -10 minutes walking distance to the beach. price is cheap and worth every Dollar !

overall good value room
Nothing fancy but nice place. Great location - easily walkable to the beach and some of the markets. There's no front desk so make sure to coordinate check in and out details ahead of time.

Decent Accommodation in a Convenient Location
There is not a reception desk, so if you need anything, you may not get it for a day, or two. Conveniently located near the carmel market, and not too far from the beach. The AC works well and the house is newly renovated.

great location, location location. They're doing some renovation to spiff up the place, but my room was clean and bright and just fine. This hotel is simply a great bargain in a perfect location. Staff is charming and I plan on staying again when I return to TA next.

Business stay next to Tel Aviv Dan Panorama
The hotel is located very close to the Carmel market, in a very quite area. The room was in a very bad condition, the stars to get to the room were to small to clime with two bags. Not something that I will do again. I can recommend the place for student or for these who looking for a very low cost hotel.

Lovely bright, spacious room in excellent location
Came for 5 nights over 2 occasions. The manager Eyal communicated well and made sure I had everything I needed and was friendly and assisted me before I arrived. The room was bright, cool and in an excellent location. All the amenities were great. The room was spacious, had a lovely view from the balcony garden and the beds were comfy. I had all I needed with bedding, fridge, towels and Iron/Ironing board, plenty of plug space and toiletries. One of colleagues was called Yuval who was warm and friendly and made sure that if I needed anything, he would do his best to assist. The room was very reasonable priced and it was quiet and I really enjoyed my stay. Perfect location to nearby eateries and less than 10 minutes’ walk to the beach. The only negative which for me was small is that the shower leaked on the floor. But they provided extra towels and bath mats while they looked into this. I would highly recommend B house for a couple or solo and I will definitely book with them again.

By the beach - great location!
It is a very small warm hotel, 4 rooms and one suite in total over 3 floors, No reception on site but a great service 24/7' and the best value for your money on your stay in tel aviv. it is just by Carmel market and the beach, so you can't stay in any better hotel in tel aviv. because it is very small be sure to book it much in advance.

Das B-House ist kein Luxushotel aber man kann sich hier sehr gut als Selbstversorger einrichten. Der große Carmel market liegt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt und man kann dort wunderbar frisches Obst, Gemüse und Essen einkaufen. Es gibt nur 3 Appartements - wir hatten das Zimmer ganz oben und konnten die tolle Dachterasse genießen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, nahe am Strand, Busterminal Carmelite ein paar Schritte entfernt. Der Gastgeber ist per whatsapp gut zu erreichen und antwortet prompt auf sämtliche Fragen. Schnelles, kostenloses Internet. Er hat auch den Transfer zum Flughafen (um 3:00 früh) für uns organisiert und alles hat bestens geklappt.

Siempre te planteas si clasificarlo para los estándares europeos o los de allí. Está muy bien, agradable y limpio. La conservación es según el estilo local, es decir parcheo si se cae del todo. Vale la pena y es muy adecuada la relación calidad precio. Está en un sitio estupendo e intentan, en la medida de sus posibilidades, cuidar los detalles. Yo lo recomiendo.

Very nice place to stay. Spacious rooms in a nice area close to all the things you want to be close to. Convenient and easy access day and night. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was big and comfortable and also equipped with a water cooker, glasses and plates for small meals. Would stay again!

B HOUSE TEL AVIV - DELUDENTE
Non si tratta di un hotel ma di una stanza all'interno di una palazzina. Il proprietario ha prelevato i soldi dalla mia carta di credito anticipatamente. Per scusarsi mi ha proposto una stanza a suo dire migliore ma dovevano esserci due letti Queen Size mentre invece ce n'erano uno doppio più uno singolo.La somma prelevata è stata superiore a quella pattuita con Expedia, secondo il proprietario a causa del cambio. La stanza è sporca, le lenzuola presentano macchie, il bagno è vecchio e con sanitari inadeguati. Il letto è oltremodo scomodo. La stanza è rumorosa. Dal condizionatore esce fuliggine nera. La foto pubblicata sul sito non assomiglia neppure lontanamente alla stanza che ci è stata assegnata.
