A beautiful Hotel close to the US embassy and the hospital where the kids had their medical exam for immigration pre interview. I would recommend taking a taxi vs trying to navigate using gps because there are dividers in middle if the roads and you can’t make turns where gps says. The hotel had air conditioning and free breakfast. Overall clean and well kept property. 5 stars

If you plan on staying around Tegucigalpa this has to be one of the best hotels to stay in. The staff are extremely polite, reliable and understanding. The food in the restaurant is superb, the rooms are clean and well maintained, they assist you consistently with transportation upon request. My expectations were surpassed in the days I stayed here, I highly recommend them and will be staying here in the future.

Hotel is very nice however disappointed with bed and room cleanliness. Accidently spilled water and cleaned it up so I was not a burden for housekeeping, I was shocked at the amount of dirt I cleaned up. Towel was brownish/black! Parking an issue when there is an event, they gave priority to the videographer guy of the event. In other words the guy being paid to be there had priority in parking over the guy paying to stay there. The kitchen included suites are convenient, location is great but hotel needs some care. Still can't determine if restaurant employee was very shy or just hated being there, words barely came out of her mouth.

La música en el hotel demasiada fuerte sonó hasta la media noche 12 mi esposa y yo aviamos manejado por 7 horas y lo que queríamos era descansar ; escuchamos unas personas que supuestamente cantaban en carahoque pero lo que hacían era gritar

Me gusto el lugar muy cómodo, No me gusto la atención de el guardia de seguridad tenía visita y yo salí un rato a recoger a alguien y cuando regrese el guardia me dejo afuera por cómo 10 minutos y la visita adentro

Excellent hotel
This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. We love it here. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds and decorated nicely. This will always be our go-to hotel when staying in Tegucigalpa.

No advance notice from the property or Expedia that there would be no restaurant service for lunch or dinner. Neither that the other food services, snacks or drinks would not be available in the evening. This was frankly poor attention to clients’ needs. The second floor remained in total darkness until I got to reception to inform them. Makes me reflect on whether to use this hotel again.

Ok, place for stay, some breakfast items are not free, I was charged for one item after being done eating.There is some amenities that don’t work such as some gym equipment I would recommend going to a different gym.The food was ok for room service, the tv in our room was not functioning because it was mute I was not pleased with not being able to watch tv.

"Inn": A place where weary travellers may rest. For two out of the four nights, the entire hotel was reverberating with heavy music. My sleep pattern was destroyed. I was told that these were: "eventos" ! This hotel should, in my view, decide whether it is a venue for loud music or an "Inn"as it calls itself. I have made my own decision: Never again!
